Close to airport, and easy transfers during the day. However, we arrived back late, and instructions said to call from arrivals hall. We did this, and it took a long time to get any answer, only to be told "But the bus is still running, just go to bus stop ...." If we'd known this we'd have saved 15 minutes finding the correct phone and getting a response. Other than that, all went well ...

Directions to the car park not specific enough. On return it was difficult to differentiate between red and orange markers in the dark. The driver could have been helpful and at least asked where we had parked. He didn't speak at all.

if another person is collecting the car it is hard to describe the exact bay our car is in, the lines or bays should be easier to identify

This car park is good value but only if booked well in advance and through simplyparking. The buses were packed going into the airport and it was a struggle getting on past huge cases.However the bus on return stops very close to the terminal and is handy.

Although I parked the car in the middle of the night transfer to the terminal building was immediate. This was similarly experienced upon our return midday on a Saturday. The gentleman within the office building upon arrival and the drivers were courteous and pleasant. However the one fly in the ointment was the female who was manning the office when I went to have my ticket validated to allow me to leave. Although this was carried out promptly it certainly did not interrupt her very obvious personal call. This was the only unprofessional behaviour experienced but could be easily remedied.

Thought it a bit of a nuisance having to go into customer service office before you can leave car park. They are only taking booking reference of the booking from you. It would be much easier for the traveller if you were able to give your booking reference number at the barrier and staff were able to release barrier or something along that line after all its been paid for and it would save time for people who just want to get out of car park as quickly as possible.

Good value carparking. Only problem could be if flight details change if booking made well in advance as I experienced on an earlier booking. Could possibly look at a bit flexability in these cases.

Proximity to airport excellent - Less than 5 mins & you are at the terminal. Transfer buses are regular. Manual process to enable you to leave the car park, but service in this area is pretty quick. Price very competitive & would definitely consider using again.

Because there are several ong term NCP car parks and it was a busy time of day when we arrived, we were beginning to panic as to exactly the correct location and had to go round the area a couple of times before it was obvious as to the location. When we found the park we didn't know what we were supposed to do re collect ticket and go to office when returning with the booking sheet and ticket. I had to illegally park and go to the booth to ask what to do - perhaps put details on the booking form?

Please remind the driver to tell folk where they will get picked up as we were waiting where it said NCP in the other bus stances! Partly our fault for not asking!

I have managed to pay for the parking twice ! I put my ticket through the machine and it took over £50 from my account. I spoke to your staff and they said it would be repaid to my card...not yet can you check.

NCP Edinburgh is so hassle free. I always find a space within a minute and never have to wait for tranfer for more than 10 minutes. The staff at cutomer service are always pleasant and helpful.

Easy to book. Excellent directions and signage. Prompt bus transfers with courteous driver. Easy to find on return with again very prompt transfer. Will definitely use again and pass to friends and relatives.

If you've pre-paid through the internet, isn't there some sort of clever registration recognition system that would be able to detect your car at the barrier and let you enter and exit without the need of a ticket?

overall a good, however: 1. on arrival, bus shuttle was delayed and had to walk to terminal and 2. on departure, was not aware that bus stopped at different points of the park and got off at first stop and had to walk in the darkness to car at a distance

when we got on the bus back to the car park there were so many cases that people were lifting them above their heads to put them in the racks which was potentially wery dangerous.you do not know which way the bus will go to know when to get off

Coaches to and from the termonal building were packed, causing real problems when alighting. We were first on and first off the coach on the return journey so it was very difficult to retrieve cases from underneath others with no help from the driver. Other passengers could not move out of the way because the coach was so full.

I have always used Airpark where possible as I find their operation and pricing of good quality.The NCP Long stay system where you have to queue to clear the initial parking ticket at the end of the trip was frustrating and not appreciated. Wont be using NCP Long stay again, sorry.

on the documentation , it suggests that you go to the manned barrier. there isnt one , but there is an office tucked up the back of the car park. there is no signs to it. i had reverse back from the barriers and park up on the access and walk over to the office block. some comments on the sheet detailing the process would be useful

No question that this is the easiest car park to locate, and the bus service to/from the paking areas is first class, and well worth the fee charged, and i will definately use the service again
