I have used a couple of other long stay car parks at Edinburgh Airport but this has been by far the best of the three. The compound is well laid out, and clearly is very secure and well lit. On our return from holiday the staff in the office were very efficient and helpful. Will definitely use again.

Only used it because you came down to other operators prices, I would have thought if you took your prices down at NCP they would get more customers. Sorry but if the prices go up again i will be looking else where.

Certainly use this service again as it was certainly the cheapest by far. The staff at NCP were nice but could have smiled a little. The car park itself was well lit and there was plenty of bus stops within the car park. Certainly recommend to anyone parking at Edinburgh.

Excellent service, you are parking at the airport so you do not have to worry about delays, the airport bus is free and takes you straight to the door in less than 5 minutes. No hassle about finding money for the machine as it is pre-paid, so it feels like free!

Plenty of parking spaces available. Transfer buses to and from airport were frequent and as car park close to airport only took a few minutes. However was travelling on my own and found it difficult and awkward getting case on and off bus.

God to be able to park reasonably close to the airport at affordable price, with short (5min) shuttle bus time. Directions could be improved slightly improved as they state at the roundabout coming from the M8, it is actually the 3rd or 4th depending whether you are coming from Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Signage on arriving at airport complex is poor - it needs to be rationalised and/or controlled so that one can identify clearly one's destination - I parked at Stansted recently which was a much easier/better experience, yet I know Edinburgh Airport much better.

The NCP employee forgot to validate my ticket so barrier would not open, the intercom was broken so no one would help so I had to try and back car away from barrier which is very tight and hit a post causing £1000 of damage - will never use again!

The office we needed to go to to submit our invoice, and have our ticket validated was not obviously signed - it was a portacabin marked 'customer services' At 10pm, on a windy rainy night, after traveling for 12hrs it took us a while to work out what to do! Perhaps a sign saying 'Pre-paid parking receiption point' would help.
