AS I have said before, only problem is trying to get out at gate. Always have to contact staff to get out

Have tried various other off site car parks but have to say this was the best and easiest car park I have used. will definitely use this one again.

Easy booking and staff most helpful from the transfer bus driver to the office staff on our return. Would recommend highly and you keep your own keys no problems.

Despite having paid in advance our car registration was not recognised when trying to enter the car park and so we had to take a ticket to get in. In view of the high cost of parking without prior booking this was a bit of a concern. On leaving we had to phone for assistance as the barrier wouldn't lift. The problem was resolved but we have not encountered this hassle at any of the other parks we've used. Clear information and instructions would be helpful.

Although flight was delayed no problems exiting the car park. Lighting could be better.

Well sign posted, easy to find, plenty of space to park. Good value for money. Quite a walk from drop off area now since trams have taken over original terminal, but most of it under cover so okay if its raining. This affects all parking .

As said in summary above When at barrier to get out I was asked to Pay £225.50 When I had already pre-paid for my parking

can't fault at all, looked at other parking sites but this one seemed better value...email to confirm with instructions easy to follow... short 2 min walk to terminal, (closer than multi story in places) would use again no problem....

Slight hitch at barrier when arriving - barrier would not lift.Attendant on telephone helpful and solved problem.

This is an excellent service and one I will use again. Good directions to the Long Stay Parking and the bus service was punctual. Car Plate recognition was a breeze at entry and exit. We did note the area we parked in and the bus stop nearest to our car. I would recommend that everyone does this, as a few people obviously had not and it took time for them to find their cars on return to Edinburgh.
