so easy to use. all staff i came into contact with were friendly and helpful. I booked online & arrived at 4am. The transfer bus was there to pick me up in a few minutes, same on return from airport. Great stuff! Only difficulty was the directions, don't get confused with the other long stay car park at the airport. I nearly drove in there!!!!

booking a parking space was so simple,paying was really easy too. Went away for a few days with no worries about leaving our car. excellent service and I would use car park again

Just as easy as you think. Just drdop your car, enjoy the bus ride & your holidays. The bus is there to take on your return. Had a great experience even thought it was past 10pm. Only a couple of down side: when flights are delayed it would be a good idea to maybe have a couple of buses at the same time so people are not packed on top of each other. At the same time it would maybe also good to have a couple of desks open at paypoint of the car park... But attendants are very nice & friendly & have a smile on, which makes the wait worth while!

User friendly easy to book, use and good value. Just remember where you parked the car !

only slight problem was ensuring that you enter correct car park as there were quite a few long stay car parks around the airport

Signage around the car park could be better especially for visitors who are total strangers to the area - byt as car parks go you are probably above average in all departments.

Very efficient and painless experience in booking and on the day. Extremely reasonable tariff and it would definitely encourage me to use Edinburgh Airport in preference to Glasgow or Prestwick.

I liked the location of the car park in relation to its proximity to the airport. The shuttle service is also very regular and takes very little transfer time. I also prefer the system here where you get to park your own car and keep your car keys.

The travel directions were clear and easily understood, will definitely use this service again.

Its a good park close to the terminal but exspensive the bus runs on time the staff were realy nice.

This time I travelled with my wife, my daughter, my daughter-in-law and three year old granddaughter, so you can imagine the number of siutcases that I had. On the transfer return from the airport, the driver made sure that I was provided with assitance by 2 of Empark employees and at our bus stop in the park, he himself left his driving seat in order to assist me to take the cases off the bus. This to my mind was over and above his duties and left me with a very pleasant experience. Will definitely use this service again.

Easy to find, prompt bus service to and from airportdoor to door. Definitely will use again.

The car park is very close to the airport, there is a frequent transfer service that drops you right outside the front door of the airport and I didn't have to wait longer than 5 mins for either the pick up or the drop off.

Good location and good value for an on site location (relatively speaking)

I would definetely recommend thsi service to my friends and family. I used to always pay extra to park in teh airport, but this is my 2nd experience of parking offsite and having transfer into airport. Excellent service and good value for money.

The arrangements for arriving at the car park, transferring to the airport, and then back again on our return were very simple and easy to understand. There were no problems or hiccups and I would certainly recommend Edinburgh Airport Long-Stay Car Park to anyone I know travelling from Edinburgh by plane. Excellent service and value for money.

The signage could be clearer - nearly went into the wrong car park - but overall this was a good car park in close proximity to the airport - could have done with 2 buses as 3 or 4 flights arrived at the same time and I think EVERYONE was using this car park.One couple on our bus were split up as the driver shut the doors despite the female shouting that her husband was still outside (and she did not have the car keys!!) glad it wasn't me as it was after midnight!!
