First experience of personal parking and will certainly do this method next time.

Couldn't fault them at all. They were very prompt and efficient. If could make a suggestion it would be to offer a valet service option :-)

When I uplifted my vehicle, the representative of the Company met us as we exited the lift- he pointed to where the car was parked - some 15 feet away- and when we turned to go to it ,he disappeared into the night! Arousing our concerns, we then examined the entire car only to find that 2 of the alloys had been 'kerb end' causing £150 worth of damage. I immediately called the Edinburgh number to get someone to come and see the damage to be told that nothing could be done- it was after midnight- and that the process was to write to the Director of the Company and complain and include photos. I did this ,now to be told that they do not accept responsibility for the damage as I signed pre and post condition acceptance forms. I have asked them to produce the 'pre' drop off form listing the damage ,that I now claim to have happened in their care. That will not be possible ! I have now advised them that I will give them 7 days to reconsider before taking a Legal route- I have already advised Edinburgh Airport of the situation and of my displeasure at the reaction of one of their service providers .

Have used Park and Fly before and find the service reliable and convenient. No struggling onto shuttle buses in the rain with luggage-just a short walk into the terminal and a car warmed up on your return.

It makes the whole travelling experience a pleasure. Staff were courteous prompt and most helpful. Thank you so much

I would recommend this service as it was no dearer than parking when you require to get on a bus and then wait on the bus on your return. On our return the car took 6 minutes to be returned to us. Excellent.

The convenience of driving right to the airport without having to unload and load your luggage again on to buses at other car parks makes for a good start and return to a holiday.

Very easy when travelling, drop off an pick up at the same location near the airport entrance. Recommended.

Really pleased with the service from the "Meet & Greet" staff. Driver was waiting for us on arrival at Edinburgh and again was waiting for us when we returned. Low air in the tyre was spotted by the driver, who offered to call his office and get someone out with a pump to top it up. Which I was very impressed with, however, not necessary as we had a compressor. This is the second time I have used this service, not only would I recommend them but I will definitely use their services again.

There was some confusion about them collecting my car & I was sitting for nearly 30 minutes, but after 2 phonecalls they quickly came to meet me...the car was waiting for me in my return! Pleased with service-would definitely use again!
