Great service and good value for money when compared with other parking options. Once we collected our luggage we headed for the drop off area and within 5 minutes or so we were driving home.

Called carpark 10mins before arrival and as soon as i had stopped at the drop off point there was a driver there to meet. Within 5 mins i was checking in! On the return leg the call was made as i was collecting my baggage and was met by the driver with my car in about 5 mins. Great company, great people and great pricing.... Many Thanks and i will be using your business again.

It says on booking form to contact office to go over arrangements, but the chap who speaks to you reacts as if you are stupid for contacting. Ok he may have done it many times before but I had not.

Staff very courteous and accomodating, we were arriving earlier than planned and when we phoned and asked if they could come early to collect our car, they did! Thank you. Would certainly recommend you to others.

No complaints! Very punctual on both arrival and return. With our early departure flight this was just the ticket. Will definitely use agian. Have always stayed overnight at an airport hotel with parking when I have a morning flight, but i think from now on I'll use the "meet and greet".

Service was prompt and helpful...it was nice to have a cheery welcome on a very early flight, just when you think you're the only one up at that hour! Return of car was just as quick and friendly.

I will not be using this service again. When we phoned to let them know we where running late, all they had on file was our name - no car, flight details. We where unsure where to meet the driver. When returned late and hassled we had to wait 30 mins for the car to be returned to us, we were told the driver was dropping off another car and it was covered with what looked like chicken excrement, very dissatisfied.

Booking was for 7am and the chap arrived at 7.05am, very good. On our return I was asked to phone when we left the terminal, which I did but the car took a further ten to fifteen minutes to arrive and it had started raining. A minor complaint however and I would not hesitate to use the service again.

I was delayed by easyJet, and Park and Fly had no problem fitting in with my rescheduled arrival. Top marks.

Watch out for traffic wardens trying to move you on before car is collected.

Park and fly is great especially if you have young children or are travelling with the eldery or sick. Being able to get straight into the terminal building without the stress of parking your car and getting on a bus to the airport really made a big difference and was especially benifical on our return when after a delay our kids were tired and we all just wanted to get home. The service is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone.

On our return we find that the drivers are very happy to hand over keys without us proving identity. It's probably not a problem at Edinburgh but one day someone will drive off in someone else's car.

Very happy with the service which I use regularly to visit my daughter in London. She likes the fact she can book online and pay for parking for me. She tried the meet & greet service last time with another company, but I asked her to revert back to your service. I like the fact I know where I'm going and courteous staff are always available to take me to and from terminal with limited wait time. She's also organised a car wash for me this time which is something I've not tried before!
