The Park & fly staff who answer the phone speak very bad English which makes it very difficult to communicate. After collecting our luggage their phone was constantly engaged and the ansaphone message tells one to go and wait outside at the bus stop. As this has happened before, we know to ignore but as the reason we use valet parking is to avoid standing in the cold which is not good for my heart condition is it is not helpful. Park & Fly do give you a voucher to book direct with them in future and get a discount!

I found the diretions for drop off and pick up very easy to follow. Very prompt service, attendant was waiting at pick up point when collecting car. I have used a similar service at Glasgow and would use both of them again. There's no hassle with this service and no bus journey to the airport as you drop your car in the car park at the airport and only a 2 minute walk to terminal.

My meet and greet driver was polite and on time both on departure and arrival. A good service that takes away the strain of normal car parking,

This is the second time I have used this company and have no complaints at all. I only had a short time to wait for the car being delivered after collecting my baggage and giving them a call.

Driver did not offer to help with baggage (we are 2 elderly ladies) but perhaps he was told not to (health and safety). We had to walk some distance after being left but realise that there is now no drop off point at Edinburgh Airport. All in all you offered the best park and fly service (much better than having to catch a bus from usual parks - well worth the extra.)

You have to phone 24 hours before you go to confirm your arrival time. This is not ideal if you have an early morning flight. The person I spoke to had very poor English and we ended up in the wrong car park. When we returned we phoned while in the queue at passport control and advised we had arrived back. However we had to phone them again when we arrived at the car park as the car was not there. We had to wait about 10 mins for it to be dropped off. This service operated from the 1st floor of the car park so lifts etc have still to be negotiated which is not ideal when travelling with a lot of baggage and two prams.

We use Park & Fly personal parking at Edinburgh as I am recovering from a heart attack and don't want to wait in the cold. When our suitcase arrived we rang the number we had been given, gave our name and reference no and were told by someone in a hurry to go to Stand 5, which was surprising as we are normally met on level 1 of the car park. After waiting on Stand 5 in the cold for 15 mins. and unable to check with Park and Fly as the number was permanently engaged, the Park & Fly bus arrived and confirmed we were in the wrong place. As we arrived at level 1 the Park & Fly number was answered by someone who spoke very little English, told us we should be on level 1 and could not understand that we were there. No-one was interested that something had gone wrong, there was no apology at any stage and I got cold waiting on a windy stand.

Initially anxious about such a service, Meet and Greet service proved perfect for our needs as a family. Punctual and comprehensive, we will now use this every time we travel.

This is the first we have used a meet and greet. The driver was there bang on time for the collection and on our return we got voicemail and left a message. Anticipating a 15 minute wait we were extremely pleased when the driver arrived within 3 minutes. There is nothing I can find to fault this service. Staff were friendly, courteous and prompt. We will definitely be using this service again.

Park and Fly were excellent - it just a pity they have to use Edinburgh airport short stay carpark as the meeting point for meet and greet parking. There are 3 lanes - the one which is for short stay is NOT signposted and not particularly obvious. My first attempt to get in resulted in having to pay £1 to get out .... the next was through a FASTRACK lane. The park and fly guy who met us had to take me to office to get the ticket sorted - apparently £28-60 for going through this lane (which takes you to the same place?). At the office I was greeted by a very grumpy and rude parkiing staff member - who tried to be smart and charge me the £28-60 - I told him no way and that the signage was appaling - he argued about fast track blah blah blah .... I told him that means nothing to me - show me the signs that say SHORT STAY? .... he declined and then set about nulling the ticket I had but not before being even more rude about it. The park and fly guy was excellent though and got us on our way. On return after our trip - I called the number provided which was answered quickly and after confirming which car was mine - I was told to go to point where I dropped the car off. After a couple of minutes wait - my car arrived - and I was on my way. Great service .... just be careful you go in the most right hand lane on entry ..... else you will get the grumpy wrath of Victor Meldrew the parking attendant.

Directions to the drop off and pick up for the meet and greet service were well given. We were running late and the staff were very accommodating on giving them a call. We had a 3hr delay on the way back and staff were very helpful and adapted to our new schedule. The car was warmed up and was delivered 2mins after we picked our baggage.The meet & greet service is very efficient and value for money; a must for a family with small kids especially if you have a flight at odd hours!

Having an efficient service you can rely on is an important part of making flying less stressful.

This was our first time using your service so naturally I was apprehensive as i had just bought a new car and i wanted it kept safe. my girlfriend also wanted delivered to the door at such an ungodly hour! Happily both were ach.ieved and exceeded our expectations

We had a few minutes to wait for our car to arrive when we got home, but our luggage was third onto the carousel, so it didn't take much time after our call for it to arrive!

GoSimply provided a cheap,fast and efficient service, being able to drive to airport and have a driver collect and park your car saves valuable time and is definitely the way forward when going on holiday

You could offer to meet at the luggage carousel for customers who may struggle with their luggage and a wheel chair?

Driver was waiting to collect car at designated point on our departure and on our return by the time we had collected our luggage the driver was waiting with car. Excellent service, would use again, very smooth, hassle free experience.
