Everything was OK and the staff very, very polite and helpful. We would recommend it to everyone interested. It's a little bit away from the docks but it's toatally worth its money.

An E mail advising of the road works affecting the route to the parking site would have been very useful as the diversion was very unclear. Otherwise a good parking site.

site looks what it is really, a cheaper option than parking on the docks themselves; vans used as shuttles should have the last row of seats removed to make better luggage space and get more passengers onboard!

When we parked we left an item in our car. We phoned the office and it was retrieved from the boot and brought to our departure point on the next shuttle.

The only drawback with this parking facility is trying to find it, there was a diversion in operation and it is situated on an idustrial estate, through a housing estate. However it was definitely worth the effort of finding mw way there. The staff were curteous and friendly and the whole operation ran perfectly smoothly. The transport provided to the dock was modern, clean & well maintained. Whilst on holiday I was stranded in Helsinki due to my wife requiring emergency surgery, meaning that we would have to fly home to a different location, and so leaving my car stuck in Dover. All it took was one quick telephone call to Relyon in order to arrange for a friend to collect my car for me. Just another example of the efficiency of this company. All I can say is try them out, you won't be dssapointed.

Followed instructions from google found very easily. We were early but able to book in and depart on mini bus to port. Getting off we came of the ship with luggage a representative from Reylon was outside pointed us to the waiting area and from the time of leaving the port and getting the car was about half and hour. Will use Reylon again and highly recommend it to other travellers.

I showed my booking confirmation to the guy on the gate upon arrival. He did not tell me to go to the office to check-in. Consequently, upon return 13 days later, I was confronted by a lady saying that they had been wondering who my car belonged to and would I now please check-in. I found this strange since all they had to do was cross reference the number plate with the bookings logged onto their computer. As regards the service, we did have to wait at the dock for about 45 minutes for transport on our return. It would have been better if the minibuses either stowed luggage on their roofs or in towed trailers since putting it inside the vehicle meant that half the seating was taken up with luggage. My elderly mother was with us with a wheelchair and a walking frame and to pack these and all the other cases inside a minibus was not easy.

Although we went wrong following the directions to the parking area, because of the one way systems in Dover we were easily able to get back on track. On arrival, we were transferred very quickly to a mini bus for the journey to the cruise terminal. We had a short wait at the terminal on the return journey, but this was because of roadworks in Dover requiring a lengthy detour by Relyon. Our car was waiting for us and within minutes we were on our way home. I would recommend Relyon to anyone using the Port of Dover, and will certainly use them again if I am sailing from Dover.

Cheerful and helpful service and good directions - just what I needed!

We would certainly use this carpark again and can highly recommend the service and the staff were very polite and welcoming. We only waited about 10 minutes for the minibus to collect us at the Ferry terminal. Our car was parked and ready for us to drive away.

Site is run down scruffy with few facilities but they offer a prompt transfer service, it is much cheaper than parking at the docks & having used them for mnay years - have never had a problem.

I had left my internal light on,so the battery was flat. It was bitterly cold on arriving back,but the car was ready and warmed up.

Didn't have to wait at all to get to the ferry port and called them as we were docking. The van was there before we arrived. Excellent Service and extremely courteous.

The Relyon site is a bit tucked away and on first sight looked a bit rough, but actually the staff there could not have been more helpful in speeding us to our cruise. The cruise over and efficient transfer back from the ship, we found the car easily and were away home. "Simples!"

Directions to car park very good. Transport to the ship at Dover was very prompt with no waiting at all. Same on our return, luggage put in the car for us, ideal if you are elderly as we are. We will most certainly use gosimply again.

It took a bit of effort to locate the parking area as I am unfamiliar with the one way system in Dover. It was not 100% convenient to wait in the dark at the ferry terminal to be picked up.

We have use them 6 times and have alway been happly with the packing and tansfers.

I was a little bit apprehensive about leaving my car for the week on an industrial estate but the service was friendly, the car park was obviously secure and my mind was put at ease. Came back to find the car in the same condition I left it and easy to access. It worked out at about £4 per day which I found to be very reasonable. Would use Relyon again without hesitation.

Along with a another couple we arranged priority disembarkation from the ship at 0800, because of long journeys home. We had been told coaches would be on hand from 0800. They were, but we then waited till 0830 while the driver hung on for more passengers.

My heart sank as I found myself driving away from the docks and across Dover to the Relyon car park. I need not have feared. A coach was waiting to transfer us the instant we arrived. Our cases were taken from our car, loaded on the coach and were next seen waiting for us when we arrived at our cabin. On the return - there was no wait as minibuses were at the port ready to take us to our car. Again, it was ready and waiting for us on the forecourt when we got to the car park.
