Go to the Dover Cruise parking reception office and hand in your printed booking confirmation in exchange for a Security Parking Hanger - this must be displayed in your vehicle. Porters will assist with your luggage while the driver is directed to a parking bay. Please note that passengers not displaying their hanger and/or without reservation confirmation details may be subject to further charges and delay.

Did not recieve parking permit thru the post,had to collect on site.Dropoff of cases took a few mins.Then drive to parking space...raining on return and no covered walkway on the car park proper.

Everything was absolutely straightforward from arrival at the dock to collection after the cruise. All happened with the minimum of fuss and bother and the staff were as helpful as possible

Although the staff were excellent - we found that the actual car park was very exposed to the elements - black car and can't get the salt spray off left marks in the paintwork!. So the actual cost compared with the airport carparks seemed very expensive
