The Relyon parking at Dover is a little bit difficult to find, being situated within an industrial estate. However, the directions were very good. I was booked on a F Olsen cruise and on checking in was informed it would be delayed until next day. Relyon were brillant. They came to the cruise terminal picked customers up so they could get back to cars to seek accommodation, etc. The next day they also delivered a great service as we re-booked in our cars. I will certainly be using Relyon again.

Even with instructions, we did not find the Car Park easily, especially as it was dismal and raining hard. Once located, we were very pleased with the organisation and courtesy shown by all staff at Relyon. The surface in front of reception was full of puddles, making it difficult to keep our cases dry when transferring from car to minibus. But overall it was exceedingly good value for money and very efficient.

Not the easiest place to find but no problems with reception or parking. Minibus waiting to take us to the port and drop of at cruise line reception. Pick up a bit chaotic for Reylon parkers as no defined pick up point (we were told it is over there)? other shuttle bus users jumped on and filled the minibus while we were loading our cases. We waited while they all got off before boarding. Overall we were satisfied with this minor hickup as we got what we paid for.

Well directed poor car parking surface and registration office was clouded with cigarette smoke very good and regular transfers.

Everything ran smoothly. Transfer to the docks was quick with bags being transferred straight to the mini-bus from our car. Return journey wait was a bit longer due to the number of people needing transfer but not excessive. What about fitting luggage trailers to the buses then you could carry more people in the bus? The surroundings of the park could be a bit off-putting for some as the whole area looks a bit tatty. But it was good value parking and this didn't worry us much. Very happy with the service

Very efficient getting to the port. Travel from the port was more like a free for all with people pushing to the front as soon as the transfer arrives.

No problems whatsoever. Prompt transfer to the ferryport. Certainly took the stress away from negotiating the busy roads in Dover itself! The pick up on the return journey was fast and efficient. We had no problems whatsoever, and will certainly use this firm again. Geoff

On arrival the staff was very helpful and we could set of on our holiday in a pleasant mood. The same when we returned. Can only recommend the Relyon Parking.

Excellent service on arrival at the park with quick turn around to take us to the ship. On return we had a ten minute wait (Others were much longer) But the big fault was a lack of a designated pick up point and no organised queue. Instead of a queue, people arriving from the ship came in at both ends! When the mini buses arrived, people who had last arrived and not even joined the group got on first and there was a 'free for all' clamour.

Relyon Parking were easy to find and accommodating, the shuttle to the Ferry Port was promt and comfortable, as was the return journey, where the car was waiting. should I make a similar trip in the future I shall definitely consider parking with them again!

Arrived at the carpark,easy to find,[perfect directions given]very quick check in & friendly.Shuttle to the terminal very good,driver friendly,perfect for starting holiday & on return the shuttle to carpark was waiting.excellent service & alot cheaper than parking on quayside. Will definately use again.

With a less than 10 minute transfer to port I would choose this service time and time again. They even load your bags onto the coach!

Good vfalue for money. Other friends used the Cruise Terminal Parking and were not as pleaseed with the service they received - and paid nearly twice as much as we did

Upon arrival we were booked in by the friendly staff, everything was explained fully to us about the parking and our transfer to the ferry port. Once the driver had dropped us off he told us exactly what number to call when we returned and where the pick up point would be. All in all a very stress free experience.

After arrival at the car park we were very quickly transfered to a mini bus then the cruise terminal - only four other passengers with us so plenty of room. On our return to the UK we were met straight away, onto a new mini bus and straight back to the parking where our car was waiting. No delays, no problems - would happily use the Company again.

Although I had a little difficulty locating the car park (as much my poor navigation as the location) the service when I arrived was efficent and courteous. The car park and surroundings are not NCP standard but neither is the cost of parking. Do not let the look of the place put you off. I had no complaints and would not hesitate to use Relyon again.

The car park was easy to locate and the mini bus was ready to transfer us to the ferry terminal. O n the return journey when we arrived back to the ferry terminal the mini bus was their waiting to return us to are car. Stress free parking at very affordable prices.

Great price, quick and easy drop off and easy transfer to the Harbour. Arrived back after 3 days and car in same condition as left and no problems collecting it. Would definitely use again! A+

After searching on the internet we chose Relyon and are glad we did as they were the best,very friendly and helpful and no wait time,we were taken right to the cruise ship so no walking with the cases .We would recommend them to any one.So book with confidence.
