I was impressed by staff ability to adapt. Lots of cars booked in. Lots of early arrivals, so they started transfers to Terminal early. But on return vehicles for pickup were not configured for luggage carrying.

Very easy to book online, instructions on how to find the car park were clear and precise. No problem parking and transferring to the mini bus, 10 mins at cruise terminal. On return picked up by mini bus without any delay and car was waiting just outside the cruise terminal, so could then immediately join A20 to head north. Overall no complaints at all, very good service at a good price, definitely, value for money.

Relyon do not engender confidence because of poor physical conditions on site and clapped out mini-buses.

As my wife is disabled, which means we have to take extra luggage, it was great not having to leave her and luggage whilst I went off trying to park the car and find my way back to her. Just a shame we had to hang around for half an hour waiting for the car to be brought back to us, having kept the office informed of when we were arriving at the port and then leaving the ship.

On balance, an efficient and effective operation which I would use again.

I arrived before shuttle buses started, but I was given a choice of hot drinks. Then a taxi was organised to get me to the port on time. Again on my return drinks offered.

I just had to write and tell you of the wonderful service that Relyon Parking at Dover gives. I booked on the internet, only paid 4 pounds, and for that we parked a whole day, were driven to the ferry terminal and picked up by taxi at 10pm at night, my husband was convinced I had it wrong and would have to pay more money! I cant praise them enough - wonderful!
