We arrived at 11.30 am though the ferry we booked should depart at 2 pm. However, the staff told us we could take the ferry at 12 nn for free, which was just terrific. At P&O Ferries I have to pay 12 Euros extra if I arrive too early.

Nice folks, easy to find, timely and helpful transfers. Can't ask for more. I'd use them again and would recommend to friends.

The price was good. I can't say they were easy to find, but with the sat nav it was good. Transfer was instant coming and going.

Although the parking is out of the town on a scruffy industrial estate, the service is good, staff helpful, car was returned efficiently and intact all at a good price. Dispite having to go round the one-way system in Dover, Relyon was easy to find if you follow their instructions, or better still print off a map and check out the route in advance so that you know what to expect. They have an efficient drop off and collection system. Drop off at the cruise terminal took 10 to 15 minutes journey time, but you may have to wait a while for the minibus to return from dropping off others. Pickup was the same and was from one of the coach stands NOT from in front of the terminal. Check which one before sailing or phone when you get back to find out where to wait.

All went very smoothly apart from temporarily mislaying my car key upon collection. Otherwise we would use Go Simply again and recommend it to others.

aged over 70 did not expect to load cases. however on return to relyon park another driver did help unload van. on the whole quite satisfied with service thankyou.

Well organised and efficient with every aspect of safely looking after our vehicle whist on a cruise. Short trip to port with no hassle. Waiting on dockside to collect after disembarking. Would recommend to use this company and would certainly leave my vehicle with them if I were to use the Port again.

10 mins from port, transfered as soon as we arrived, we disembarked sooner than we expected but the transfer back to Relyon parking was early.Staff were great

The check-in on arrival at the car park was fast and efficient although there was no long queue at the time we arrived. The shuttle bus took us and another couple to the terminal within a few minutes of our arrival, same on our return trip after our cruise.

Premises a bit basic, but everything worked well and we were most impressed to see the bus waiting for us on disembarkation. Much better than our last evperience.

Everything was as promised. Quick friendly efficient and cheap. We were off the ship at 8.30am and in our car on the way home by 9am absolutely brilliant. I will use them again.

Without doubt, this was the best transfer to and from any cruise that we had been on. The directions were simple and clear and the transfers without stress. On return from the cruise, the pick up was parked outside, met with a cheery greeting and transferred without any fuss. thank you!

I found finding the parking was not simple I took a wrong turn coming through Dover from the M20 and ended up going out of Dover turn round and asked at a petrol station then it was simple back down the hill and head for the hospital

As a first-time user of this type of facility I was very pleased with the ease of booking and the level of service. The staff were friendly and helpful and the courtesy bus was a great bonus. Would not hesitate to use again and would recommend to friends and family.

Really thought we were disappearing into the back of beyond and the actual area did not give confidence. Approach roads badly pot holed and actual site bit grim. Having said that staff were very helpful and car was ready and fine when we returned so job done. For the low cost, probably good value but would think twice if I had a performance car I treasured!!!

Second time we've used Relyon Dover. Once again, the service was first rate. Transfers were speedy and reliable. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Well done !

The only problem was on our return there was a long queue for the coach to return to the car park and as my brother in law was unwell and could not queue we took a taxi- otherwise could not fault the service.
