Found it difficult to find a parking space to start off with, but there's vast amount of room in the Silver Zone so it wasn't a problem in the end. We followed the sat nav instructions from the post code provided on our confirmation email, and it took us to totally the wrong car park so be weary of this and leave plenty of time in case this happens to you, we had to ask the attendent for directions and then we found it okay. They take your keys off you, and by the time we got back, they had moved our car. I'm not sure why this was necessary but it was parked again in a convenient spot nevertheless. Would definately use this car park again because it was a good price, it was safe and the transfer shuttle came every couple of minutes so we didn't have to hang around at all.

Bearing in mind the reasonable price the facility is fine. You should be aware that it can be a long drag with suitcases from the parking bay to the bus drop off/pick up.

very efficiant staff. i had a flat battery on returning to carpark and was started in 10 minuetes very impressed

The car park lanes could be better signposted, with bigger and more prominent signs.

Having used Silver Zone before I knew it to be an efficient speedy service, and that my vehicle would be safe.It is so near the airport and the transport does not keep you waiting around. The desk staff are very friendly despite being busy. Thoroughly recommended; thank you.

very quick service - bit concerned how far we had to walk from initial parking with cases etc bur on return the car had been brought much closer which was much appreciated after a long journey! booked last minute - no problem, clear directons all very easy!

We have used the Silver Zone Parking on a number of occasions and will continue to do so. We have never experienced any problems with the parking, transfer to and from the airport. We would recommend Silver Zone Parking to anyone.

Easy to locate.Fast & efficient booking in procedure.Also no problem with car pick up.

Service satisfactory and transers working to schedule. However, after we picked up the car our back bumper was knocking so not sure what happened there! Because it was very late (1 am)after a delayed flight I didnt go straight back to complain which I should have. On getting home I noticed the bumper was loose so I suspect it was knocked in the car park while we were away...was it when the staff moved the car? did another customer bump into it? alas we will never know.

Spaces on arrival were 400-500 yards walk with bags and hard to find. Not bad as we are healthy but could be a problem for less able or older people. Whole experience is dependant on timing for buses, just miss one both ways and the wait is significant. But overall good.

The first time I used Silver Zone I wasn't too happy about the idea of my car being moved, but now after the second year running, I have absolutely no complaints, and would definitely use it again. This year we got back to the car to find our battery dead, but one of the attendants was on the scene in a minute or two to jump start it.

Only problem was with the bus pickup from the airport.20 - 25 minutes delay and large number of people waiting for transport.

easy to find, park and catch bus to airport, it is just a shame that bearing in mind how close this is to the airport, you have to wait a while for a bus back to silver zone.

I parked, I got on the bus, I was taken to the airport terminal in a reasoanble time with the minimum of fuss.

The website implied that you left your car at Reception, and that it would be parked for you, but this was not the case. You park in a numbered space and inform the staff when handing over the key. The bus on the way back was packed, but bearable. My main gripe was that my car had been transferred to a pick-up space which was a very long way to walk from Reception; no-one warned me abou this and I had a lot to carry as well as having a wheelie case. Staff were friendly and efficient including the bus drivers.

Having parked the car myself in space X, row Y, I thought they might just as well have left it there for me to collect when I returned rather than move it 100 yards to another space. Otherwise all went very smoothly.

I have used the car parking facilities on 2 occasions and have been completely satisfied on each occasion. I would have no hesitation in using the facilities again.
