We have parked in Silver Zone, up untill this time staff were great.Parked there three time this year. I have Blue Badges we parked in the disabled Zone as usuall.As we were traveling with friends we took one car.He said to me very rudely get you badges out from the car and get the car moved he said you are not driving and have no right to park there.So he made us move other people we spoke to quite elderly with badge's like me had the same treatment and were told the same.

I was very disappointed. My car had not been moved nearer the bus and I had great difficulty getting my bag from bus to car and car to bus. I thought that it was overpriced for the service offered. Huge queues to collect keys and as a single traveller I had to cope with queing and moving bag very slowly. No where warm to wait for transfer back and it was pouring with rain

It was still fine! Although making this field mandatory is irritating!

we arrived at the car park the coach was waiting to take us to the airport. we booked in our car and boarded the coach. the coach took us direct to the airport.when we arrived back at bristol after our holiday we only had to wait a few minutes for a coach and it took us back to the car park.. we had our car keys and were on our way home very quickly.. well done silver zone. would recomend this car park.

Very easy to book online. Whole procedure went very smoothly. Had peace of mind that our car would be safe.

Facilities Extremely poor Cramped temporary hut - Not very welcoming or professional Insufficient UNDER COVER waiting area outside. Huge queue. Got soaked waiting for the bus at car park end

Very well signposted. Arrived with very little time before check-in closed. Man at the desk very helpful, checked check-in desk number for me and contacted bus to ensure it was on its. Driver left straight away when told we him were pushed for time. Car were we left it on return. Would use it again and recommend it to others.

very efficient service, prompt return transport available. In and out of airport extremely quickly.

when we arrived back in bristol 3 planes landed about the same time.After collecting cases we had to make our way to the bus and on arrival found there was such a queue we had to wait for another bus,lucky it was'nt raining while we waited outside other wise we would have got soaked.Why not put more buses on when there is more than one plane landing at same time??

The bus was full when we returned and we were not looking forward to waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes at midnight.However another bus turned up within 2 minutes od departure of full one which was excellent. It was obvious that the situation is monitored and you knew there was going to be too many people for one bus. So Thanks

When arriving, we were greeted by friendly staff at 4.00 am and advised that the Silver Zone was closed. We were directed to long stay which suited fine, connecting bus frequent, also on return bus came along promptly, so a pleasant experience.

Not cheap but I didn't book very far in advance. A bit further out from the airport than I had anticipated

Have parked at Silverzone several times and find it to be reasonably priced with reasonable service. This time there was a bit of a wait for the bus in both directions and it always takes a while to find a parking space when you arrive but no real complaints and we will certainly park there again.

Had to hunt around for a spot ,which I had not expected. However will be prepared for this next time. Did not realize that the car would be moved - is this neccesary? Generally good experience.

Could not fault Silver Zone. Everything went according to plan, even at 1.30 in the morning. Excellent service.

was let down on return, was told my car was in a certain bay when i got there, there was a different vehicle in the bay. on return to the reception an employee had to go and find my car

Transfers were a little too long considering how close to the aiport the parking is (it should be a continual shuttle)

silver zone booked twice this year and redirected to long stay both times. this does put the car nearer to the terminal but is still a disruptive situation and not as expected.

We arrived at midday and where through the reception and on the transfer coach within a few minutes on the return the coach was waiting at the terminal and we quickly passed through the office and obtained the car keys will use this service again
