In a shamefull move to give Bristol airport a monopoly on parking all off site parking companies nearby have all been closed down. With the majority of parking business coming their way by default and having just one single bendy bus, silver parking falls woefully short of giving even average service. Expect to sit on the bus at the car park for up to 20 mins waiting for it to be full enough for the driver to consider it worth driving the half mile to the departure terminal. Also expect to wait up to 30 mins for a return if there is more than one arrival at the same time as yours. Then you have to lug your cases from the depot to wherever they put your car (sometimes it can seem to be almost as far as the terminal!!) If there is an alternative.. take it! In my opinion several smaller mini busses running more frequently - as they do with most other off site parking companies at other airports - would work much better than the one single bendy bus employed by Bristol Airport.

It was a good experience, just dropped the car off, the shuttle bus took us across to the terminal and off we went. Same procedure on the way home. Very convenient. Friendly and reliable service.

silver zone parking was easy to find. the service was quick, as were the transfers. i felt that my car was safe whilst i was on holiday. good all round service.

Long queue for tranfer buses aspecially back to the car park. It appears that there is only one bus so we had to wait for it to make three trips before we could get on. Queue time was over 45 mins for a 5 minuite trip. Will not use again and would not reccomend.

Absolutely no problems, it took a little time to find somewhere to park, but once that was done booked in very quickly and efficiently, caught the next bus to the airport plently of time to spare. Even better on return, bus outside airport doors straight back to carpark and given keys, unfortunately I was the last car in the parking line(No 100), but someone has to be and trolleys available if I had heavy luggage. Will use them again.

A hike from where car was parked to transfer coach, then a wait until the coach was full, on return a long wait for transfer coach which when it came was filled up with passengers that had been waiting so had to wait even longer for next transfer coach.

flight was cancelled on the day we were due to fly.Silver zone staff said we could transfer our parking request to a later date,when we attempted to do this when alternative flight was arranged. we were told it was not pssible and no refund would be given either. so we paid for a weeks parking we didn,t use.

Having to use carparks quite a lot, this was a pleasant change to be so close to the Airport. As usual, a lot of flights leave Bristol at the same time so there is always congestion getting airside so one less worry is always good.

the only gripe i have is that knowing who is collecting theirs cars and when, then you should know you have a large amount of people to get back to the silver park, there was only one bus, and lots of people had to wait another 20minutes and some people had small children, and it was 23.00!

Good service and easy to use. Transfers to airport very good. When I arrived back at airport several flights landed at sametime resulting in queues for silver zone transfer bus. They put on extra bus and were very efficient at the collection desk getting everyone through

Very quick and easy - hasstle free parking. waited no more thean 5 minutes each end of the transfers and short queues on both arrivals. goos start and end to holiday..

I missed my flight on the Saturday, I phoned the head office and they said they would not deviate the times, even though I had paid for a week and had managed to get a flight out next day, and that I had lost my money and that was that. I then phoned Bristol Airport and the lady there Camilla said yes, as I had paid and it was still within the time frame it was okay to come the next day, because as she said people were having their flights delayed right left and centre. Head Office I personally think stinks as to their attitude. Bristol Airport Silver Zone the staff were GREAT

We were delayed about 30 minutes which was troublesome at 5.00am, having travelled for 2 hours and beleiving we had ample time for our flight. We found ourselves being 'up-graded' to the long stay park which was on the sirport site but still required us to hunt for a space wait for a transfer bus to the terminal building.

We had booked for 1 week, but were delayed in the Canary Islands for 2 weekds due to the volcanic ash disruption - Silver Zone were very understanding & did not charge for the extra week. After the holiday from Hell, this was a welcome experience.

No negative comments to make. Transfers were on time, my car was looked after well and even when there was a queue, staff worked well to serve customers quickly. I would definately use and recommend the service again

the only thing I would have wanted was to be taken to my parked car as I had two cases plus hand luggage and the car had been moved from where I had originally parked it which was just near the drop off point, other passengers felt the same as they commented that they felt this was the only fault, apart from this you gave a good service and thankyou. regards J Donkin and S Garrad

Just a good service. We arrived at 4.45 am, parked, and jumped on the bus and we were in the terminal in 10 minutes. On our return we were a day late due to the volcanic ash problems, we expected to have to pay and were very pleasently surprised
