Close to the airport and a good system for parking and transport to terminal. My only slight complaint is that my car always seems to be moved to the furthest point away from the office on return. I realise that some cars have to be parked quite far away but I have used this service several times and my car has been t the furthest point each time.

Easy to find, helpful staff, regular transfer coaches, and value for money. What more can you ask for?

It's good to know that your car is entrusted in such safe hands while you're away.

Well organised were worried about transfer times but that problem didn't arise.

There were no instrucions, directions or map insidcar park to advise where to go. On return the car had been moved and again no map or directions where the car was.

good directions, easy to use. Transfers frequent and convenient.If service needed improving , I would suggest better marking for free spaces.

An easy site to find just off the roundabout for the A38 on my arrival no problems entering the site itself, the parking site appeared to be full but there were available spaces, to find a convient one near the office so one has less walking to do will depend if the are any vacant spaces no problems with handing over the keys etc at the office and confirmation with the booking form, one thing I did like was that I took their advice and phoned in to say I had arrived and had cleared HM customs bus arrived at its bay to take you back, all very convenient once cleared the office I was able to find my car within 2 mins

Proximity to the airport and frequency of transfers make for a fast service both ways. The only problem can be finding a space near check-in to leave your car on arrival. They could be moved to their storage bays more quickly, thus freeing up spaces for new arrivals.

Bit taken aback really when we went to pick up the car, we were told it had been moved to another bay further away. We purposely parked near to the reception as we had two young children and were arriving back late at night. So to find out car had been moved further away meant we had two tired children having to walk further which wasnt ideal. And then when we arrived at the car it had actually been left unlocked which we were quite shocked about seeing as you highlight how secure your car park is, then you forget something as simple as locking the car. Everything up to this point had been fine but we are completely baffled as to the reason for moving our vehicle.

I have parked in similar car parks at Bristol and I thought this would be better but they are all much the same except this was a bit more expensive. We didn't have to call the shuttle bus as they run very frequently.

Unclear signage of where drop off point was on entry. Visual indication of how long to wait for transfer would have enabled us to wait inside where was warmer. A little unclear where car was parked for collection-an outline map of various areas e.g. red in our case would have helped. Good value.

Silver Zone Parking was nice and easy to find, check in and out went fast, buses to airport were every 15 min. as promissed even in the middle of night. There was no problem with changing our reservation, stuff was proffessional and with good attidute. I am glad we choose this parking!

No waiting at the gate on arrival, you choose your own parking space, fast processing at the check out, and a bus waiting already so although you get to wait for few minutes at least you don't have to wait outside but can sit in comfort. The same happened on departure. Fast, reliable.

It can be quite a long walk if no spaces are close to reception.The parking surface is loose rock & on reversing out I got stuck on a rather large piece of rock which I had to dig out

A safe comfortable and friendly service. Will improve when Cardiff Airport improvements are completed to lessen the distance to and from drop off/pick up areas. All in all very good experience.

You enter through a security scanner system where you stop and the car and you are photographed so nobody else can remove you car, then into the main car park where the spaces are nice and wide enough for full size/valuable vehicles. Then you just take your keys to the office, tell them where you've parked, get a ticket which YOU MUST NOT LOOSE and get onto the waiting bus for the 5min ride to the airport. The pick up is just as easy, onto the waiting bus, into the office where the keys were produced instantly then walk to the car and out through the security scanners. JOB DONE

We have used the service several times and always found it to be very well organised and good calue for money. We will definatly use it again.

Transfer busses overcrowded as they are too infrequent. This complain was echoed by many people queueing for the busses. Some passengers were unable to board and were forced to wait for the following bus - and this at 02:00 in the morning!!

Good in all aspects but that of finding the vehicle on return and leaving on departure. A long way to the office from a parking space, pulling bulky cases; if it had been raining or otherwise unpleasant I would not have been happy.Similarly on arrival the vehicle was at some distance from the office and the same observations apply. When I first used Silver Zone, some years ago,the vehicle was left close to the office and returned there before my return, thus avoiding the problems stated above.Why has this changed?
