i am familiar with the car park therefore it was all easy as usual and we didn't require the shuttle as we could walk to the terminal. exiting was very easy and therfore comforting as it was dark following a delayed flight.

Would be helpful to be directed to spaces as otherwise u have to drive up & down the aisles - very time consuming & frustrating!

The transfer bus driver was very helpful and friendly and really started our holiday off with a good start. We only had to wait a few minutes each time for the bus, so it was perfect.

Though flying at peak time of year, we managed to find a space quite near the terminal so it didn't take long to get there by bus on departure, and on foot on our return. Pre-paid booking all went well, even though we had changed car since booking so had to submit different Registration Plate.

Well organised on entry with automatic barrier. Empty parking spaces sign posted for ease of access and time saving. Very efficient system with the back up of 24 hour staff if you had a problem. Excellent thank you!

Nice to drive straight in and out and parking was very convenient for the terminal.

Surface could be better with properly marked bays. At least each bay is numbered now.

Great value for your money, close to the airport terminal and safe and secure.

We booked it online within 2-3 mins, easy access at the airport and just a 5 mins walk from the terminal. Would definetly use it again. (Can’t comment on the parking staff as we didn’t see any)

Was an absolute breeze parking,didn't have to look too hard for a space and exiting was just as easy.

Easy to find, then its just a case of finding a space in the area, I was fortunate and found a space near the beginning but can't complain at the ease of use.

expected someone to guide pre booked cars to parking spaces nearer to terminal.Took a while to find a parking space which was quite some distance from the terminal. Would be useful if information was sign posted at car park enterance as we were slightly unsure if there were designated areas for pre booked customers.

5 1/2 hours delayed meaning we went into the next day (had paid until 9.30) we were happy to not be charged extra for over staying as it was out of our control. service good, transfers punctual. We had to drive around to find a space (many cars were parked over 2) but spaces were available after a look around. Slightly pricey but Would use car park again for convenience

I cannot fault this Parking Service. It is extremely efficient even sending a reminder of the booking just before travelling. The only thing I have scored down was the Transfers, though this is outside the control of GoSimply. We were just walking along with our suitcases and a few seconds from the stop when the bus drove past. Rather annoying. Other than this we shall not hesitate using this service again. Thank you for an excellent service.

Long stay was a 5 min walk from the terminal, couldn't have been easier and wasn't expensive.

Having booked and paid online, we arrived and found the long stay car park immediately on the right hand side opposite the terminal.The sensor at the barrier recognized the car reg no, and lifted, allowing us to take a ticket and drive in and park,(signs showing vacancies). When returning to collect car we used the ticket to lift the barrier, walked to the car and drove out of the car park following the easy to spot exit signs. Absolutely no trouble at all.

Good value for money car parking close to the terminal - no waiting for transfer coaches,ideal for a weekend break. Pre-booked entry & exiting car park was quick & efficient Would recommend

Have used before and will use again. Best online price and quick confirmation. No hanging around with number plate recognition. Delighted with service.

Could not get Long stay parking on Bristol Airports car parking site, but was able to with gosimply.com. As mentioned previously i will never use Silver Zone parking again,at its a complete shambles, and a very slow option to the Long stay.

Found Car park Easy with only a short walk to the airport. My only complaint was that I wasn’t clear about what I needed to do to claim the car parking fees prepaid (As ticket didn’t say I had prepaid only asked the question eluding to this) and no one was on hand to ask (you had to drive all the way to the exit to speak to an attendant) however, I didn't need to do anything as number plate recognition meant the exit worked without need to do anything else. Would be better to print on the ticket parking paid for period X.
