Reception was warm and efficient and this standard was maintained throughout. No waiting aournd for bus to convey to airport. Overall an excvellent service and good value.

everything worked well - on time - mini bus fine - dropped off at a good spot - but PLEASE PLEASE fix the potholes leading upto to the airpark

I was reslly surprised how friendly and smooth this whole process was. Greeted on a cold snowy night by the driver who had my name, it was a really good meet and greet service. My car was wsiting, warm and running when we got to the park. I will never use Aberdeen longstay again which is overpriced anyway. The price for this excellent service online was, for a five dat trip, much cheaper than return taxi to Aberdeen. Really, reslly impressed!

We were refused car keys on a snowy return to Aberdeen until I managed to get access to Internet to show office I had actually paid in advance. Not a pleasant experience at all. I e-mailed the manager who did not bother to reply!! Use airport car park it's cleaner and seems friendly. Bus driver was very polite and sympathetic, he should be promoted to managers job.

especially handy for people like ourselves who have to travel a fair distance to the airport. the staff were helpful and friendly and shuttle busses ran at regular intervals. buses were waiting for us on our return and our car was ready to go on our arrival at the park. (nice and warm as well !!) absolutely no hassle and we thought it was good value for money. we hope to use their facilities again in the future. recommend it to anyone

A bumpy road up to the airpark, but friendly welcome made up for that. Car engine and heater switched on when we returned at 11pm. It was an icy evening. A warm car was much appreciated.

the car park is located close to the airport so transfer time is short. the drop off point at airport is directly opposite departure entrance. when we picked up car after our holiday the engine was on and the car nice and warm and ready to go.

To have the car warmed up for us ready to leave was lovely. The only problem was that it was a little hard to find. Now that we know where it is, we'll definitely use it again.

I found that the price of parking was very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and I would definitely use this again.

Even though we had an early flight out the staff were all jolly. The flight back was in the wee hours and half hour early , but the transfer bus was there waiting, cars nice and hot ready for the journey home. Have used the Aberdeen Airpark a few times and will so again. Keep Up The Good Work...

A very early start. (04:15 hrs) Staff were ready to receive the car and transfer us to the airport. The booking process was very easy. On return the bus was waiting. The car was ready to collect even though we had a delay in returning. Good service, good value.

There seem to be a variety of spoof ads for Aberdeen Airpark on the internet. These give misleading and downright wrong information, appearing to be an attempt to spike the airpark business. The Aberdeen airpark is good value for money, efficient and friendly. I have used it several times.

The service is pleasant, convenient and value for money. The car is always ready to go and both the transfer and collection are prompt and professional. We have always found the staff to be helpful, friendly and efficient.

Being able to turn up, park, get on a bus and appear at the terminal straight away was pretty convenient - coming back, getting on the bus and arriving to a warmed up car was also fantastic. As the other review say, make sure you park in the arrivals area when you get there. I'll be using it again!

I parked my car and had no concerns about it's safety. The coach to and from the airport was on time and it was pleasing to find my car waiting and warmed up for me on my return.
