It was very refreshing to be away from the crowds downstairs at T3 but there is a big problem. I had the lounge booked from 6.00pm for 3 hours. My flight was BA9 at 10.00pm. When I arrived at 6.00pm British Airways told me I could not check in until 7.00pm, 3 hours before departure. So, by the time I checked in and went thru with the masses through security, it was 8.00pm so I only had 1 hour in the lounge. I know it's not your fault but it is a problem so I din't get good value for money. This would be a problem for any passenger that was booked with an airline that only checked in 3 hours before departure.

Very peaceful and good facilities. Only snacks, I hope I'll found something more next time, sandwich for example .

The ambience is not as good as other lounges we have used but acceptable, do think it seems to be in a very out of the way "corner" of the airport.

The lounge was clean and comfortable. There was nice nice choice of drinks and magazines. The snacks we ok, though I did love the short bread cookies. I would have like to see more snacks. But overall we really enjoyed our time at the lounge and would use it again.

Unfortunately for my party we where late on arrival due to traffic, the choice of drinks and snacks etc was first class however the seating availability could have been better. The staff where wonderful and kept the place clean on ongoing basis.

This is the first time I have booked a lounge and it certainly won't be the last! We used the facilities in the middle of the "ash" problem so really enjoyed getting away from the crowds. It was most pleasant to sit and relax and help yourself from a good range of snacks and drinks. I will be reccomending Servisair Lounge to my friends.

The lounge that we used at Heathrow was very crowded, but could have been the time of day we travelled. The lounge that we used in Cape Town was excellent.

It was adequate for my needs, but had I wanted to shave and shower I think I'd have struggled as I could not see these facilities there

Comfortable but nothing special, but will go again, it does the job and thats it really. Their is nothing to make you feel special or relaxed, is surves a good purpose and thats it, not a waste of money but, not a 1st class falcility.

Not enough seats for everyone, the snacks were little packets of things like crisps and nuts etc. I have used a number of lounges around the world and this must be the worst of them all.

The directions to the lounge at terminal 3 are very vague, if you follow them as detailed then you will get lost, we had to ask where the servisaire lounge was! and waisted 15 minutes trting to find from your printed directions. . Apart from that no problems at all.

We all enjoyed our short stay before our flight and will return at when traveling from Heathrow at at future date. The cost of our stay at £18-00 was well worth the money and I am sure we would have spent more in the departure area outside.

The lounge was overcrowded - with a large group having taken over the area and dominating it. I had to stumble my way around them and felt very uncomfortable. It was not at all a peaceful or relaxing experience. Having had a light meal in a quite pleasant restaurant in the terminal, I now realise I would have been as well not to have visited the lounge and could have easily have passed my time comfortably without this booking. I am very surprised by this.

Not as good as the Thai airways silk Lounge although a pleasant relaxing area to unwind. Sandwiches would of been a nice option

Packed so all comfortable chairs used, lots of dirty cups around, no baby changing facilities, so had to change baby in buggy. refreshments good.

I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a greater variety of food available especially over lunchtime. However, it was advertised that there would be 'snacks' so I shouldn't really complain!

Great service and good start to any holiday with it's relaxed atmosphere and quite, friendly service to enable you to unwind before your flight. Will be recommending it to all our friends.

lounge is rather small so when we booked in it was rather busy and most of the seats were taken.if you book as a group you could have problems sitting together.
