Experience was a very positive one - food is better than in some other similar-level lounges. Very comfortable and appears to be relatively new. Made the booking the day before and had no trouble entering - I"m glad I've discovered this travel convenience, because the rest of the travel experience has become routinely miserable, generally!

Apart from the children's noise, the child that threw up all over the carpet it was a pleasant experience. The lounge is too small to allow young children in.

Some visitors seemed to have difficulty finding seats, though in our time in the lounge we did not have any difficulty. Often seats together for two or more seemed difficult to get. Those who monopolise seats with hand luggage could be politely asked to free up the seats, and groups asked to move to where they free up two or more seats together instead of distributing themselves over several seats which seems a little inconsiderate.

We have used the airport lounges before and this one was not one of the best.The choice of food was not great for breakfast.However it was still better than sitting in the main lounge

Helpful reception made me feel at ease as this was my first time in the lounge. I had a nightmare journey 2 1/2 hours instead of 1 hour once I got to the lounge I was able to de-stress had a snack and a drink in a comfortable quiet environment. I am definitely booking again.

Comfortable lounge with good facilities and food. Staff helpful and polite. Food and drink good. Good variety.

The room itself was fine and the refreshments provided were excellent. The only slight issue is that when I got there the lounge was very busy and I had to stand for about 10 minutes, but it emptied out after that.

Overcrowded and the food was disappointing only having biscuits and cheese, it is ok if you want to go in for a few drinks

I suppose Saturday evening is one of the busiest for you but the number of people in the lounge was excessive. Although I was able to find a seat I felt confined. People had difficulty getting past each other as they went to the bar area. In addition the noise levels were quite high as people tried to make themselves heard above the general noise.

Direction to lounge could be better we used SAS lounge in March which we preferred as larger area and more food options.

We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the food/drinks provided. The staff were pleasant and professional. The tables were cleared regularly. We were there at a busy time and the seating seemed cramped. The only picky observation is that the brass on the double door entrance to the washrooms had a thousand fingerprints on it. We will be re-booking when we next use Heathrow in December.

It was wonderful to get out of the noise of the main terminal area. It was a small cosy room with good facilities and very helpful staff. Very relaxing and comfortable.

Not up to the standard of the airline's own lounges but perfectly adequate. Slightly cramped/overcrowded. No comfortable/relaxing chairs. Not enough variety of newspapers/magazines. Main criticism is that the selection of food is disappointing. Drink provision was OK.

I had six hours to kill between flights and could not access the lounge as early as I would have liked. It was very crowded and I could not get a comfortable seat until after 1.5 hours. There were only 2 pc's with internet access and no change available and had to go out to a shop to get change. I don't think I will use the lounge next year

Amongst others, I had read some pretty poor reviews of your lounge.I guess from people who, like me, have or have had access to more luxurious airline lounges. I think those reviews were particularly harsh. Whilst fairly busy, I found the Servisair Lounge to be comfortable, well stocked, well staffed, and a much appreciated haven prior to a long flight from a very busy airport.

We have used the Servisair Lounge a few times and would always try to use it before a long flight. We have always found it to be clean and comfortable and it's nice to find a bit of peace and quiet at Heathrow !! The staff are helpful and friendly, and there's a good selection of snacks and drinks.

I needed some where that would give me a much needed space away from the crowds, and this fitted quite nicely

The lounge its self is a bit of a trek to reach it.Once there it is pleasent, on the day i was there a little cramped, and so the toilet was not readily avalaible to me when i needed it.Apart from that i always will use a lounge before flights takes all the hassle out.

This lounge provided a relaxing place to spend a long layover. It got a bit crowded and noisy, and the food selection consisted mostly of "junk food," but overall a positive experience. I would suggest more fresh fruits, whole grain snacks, etc.
