It was so relaxing before a long trip and was very good value for money . Would use this service every time we fly

Not the easiest place to fnd ... But once there is a great way to spend the few hours between check in and boarding! Drinks and food in the terminal are so overpriced so just a couple of vodkas in the lounge (pour your own!) soon covers the cost. The lounge was almost empty when we were there and has great views over the runways for plane spotters! Def a great way to psych fir a long haul trip

Anyone who has sat in Heathrow terminal 3 departures will know how busy it can be and also how difficult it is to get served for a drink never mind find somewhere to sit. This servisair lounge was a great relaxing place to be for 3 hours prior to our flight to Bangkok. Unlimited help yourself drinks and snacks who could want more for a very cheap price.

Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Everything provided for snacks and drinks, help yourself and enjoy before flight.

Fairly comfortable lounge, our only problem were inconsiderate fellow travellers, playing with the TV volume, using mobiles etc.

Very good staff helpful and polite will book again when I fly from Heathrow

Terminal 3 lounge - This was probably the worst Servisair lounge we have been to. Quite small although we discovered an extra room by accident - hard to find only 4 of us in there. Very poor food choice. Toilet area was grubby and few facilities. Staff not particularly helpful. Would think twice before using this louge again

Our daughter booked us into the lounge because we had about five hours between arriving at Heathrow airport and departing for Hong Kong. The staff were very welcoming, the food and drinks were lovely and it was a real treat to be able to sink into the comfy chairs and relax before starting the long trek home. I would really recommend this to all other travellers.

I found the servisair service brilliant, you can help yourself to hot soup and bread, along with other items such as light snacks, ie crisps, cakes and biscuits , they had wine, beer and spirits as well as mixers, tea and coffee. They also offered free wifi which is great to let people know you have arrived safely, its a help yourself service and you can go up as many times as you like, they have piles of magazines and newspapers as well as sky tv. you would spend more then the cost of this service on food and drink in the duty free area anyway so it's very good value for what you get and how much it cost! Will definitely be using again! Excellent overall
