i was very upset and unhappy when i booked a airport lounge at stansted airport , as i was travelling with ryan air i was unaware that the lounge was at the other side ot the airport, a very rude and unhelpul representaive of your company told me in no uncertain terms it was my fault, that i did not know this , i will not be using your company again as there are plenty out there that are aware how to treat paying customers.

As we were at the airport a good 3 hours before a long flight to New Zealand, we wanted to relax and feel a bit special, and this made the start of our holiday, comfortable and relaxing.

It would be nice if a call could be put out (as in the old days) when our time is due to make our way to the gate. We don't all have a view of the TV screens.

The general waiting area seating was more comfortable. No room for us to be seated. Fresh food would have been much nicer than pre-packaged processed food. Very grumpy attendant. We stayed all of 5 minutes, even though we had a 2 hour wait.

We found this was not exactly an oasis of calm, with many people milling abouta poorly appointed area, children making a noise, and staff apparently poorly motivated and overworked. I would definitely think again before booking this lounge at Terminal 3.

The lounge was very busy however it was better than having to wait in the terminal waiting areas. The quality of the lounge is reflected in the price and you get what you pay for and this is no gold class or silver kris club. if you want all the bells and whistles I suggest you get more frequent flyer points.

The relaxing , peaceful atmosphere was a lovely way for us to start our holiday as it took away all the stress of sitting in a crowded airport. The nibbles was a good selection and the bar and soft drinks was a great selection. All in all we would highly recommend this to anyone travelling.

Drinks, nibbles, papers, reasonably comfortable chairs, toilet and wash facilities and somewhere to leave ones bag whilst cruising the duty free shops. All backed up by discreet staff. What more could you want.

Nice lounge, comfortable with good selection of drinks, which of course means you don't have to buy airside-inflated ones from the terminal.

Brilliant experience! Have used other lounges before and they do not compare to this lounge, would book again-for definate! I am a scaredy cat flier so this gave me a chance to chill out before the flight. thank you.

They appear to have overbooked the lounge, and were taking more people in on the door. It was very noisy, with an number of small children as well. The drinks were fine, but the food/snacks were poor and ran out as well. This was not the relaxing experience I was looking for before the flight and will nto be using it again.

Healthrow can be a mad house so having someplace quiet to go, relax, and refresh was a welcome.

If not using the dedicated airline lounge for your flight I would strongly recomend the Servicair lounges as a MUST HAVE when travelling on business or pleasure. I have used Heathrow, Manchester and Birmingham and find them far better than suffering with the masses!

A naturally lit bolthole away from the shopping mall outside. Once you've got past the mirthless receptionist, the rest of the staff are usually very pleasant, quick to tend to depleted stocks and tidy up after departing travellers. However, facilities are of the impersonal, plastic-wrapped variety, with seating and tables far too close together for relaxation or peaceful work. Very limited supply of newspapers, even when the room is not busy. Departures board was out of sight of half of the room, so, depending on where you sit, it may be necessary to stop work and walk across the room to check on gate details. It is important to do this, as the receptionists does not always announce individual flights until some time after the gate has opened.

Difficult to find a seat due to numbers of people using the lounge. Snacks and drinks in short supply and constantly running out with all tables piled high with empty wrappers and glasses which all made for an unpleasant experience.

I have used the Servisair lounges several times and always feel better prepared for a long flight. Service is friendly and facilities are good. The standard of cleanliness is very high and the general ambience is calm and relaxing. I would like a slightly more varied selection of snacks but there are always a decent number drinks available. I would definitely recommend Servisair Lounges to any traveller!
