Great if you want to relax before you fly and get away from the crowds at airport departure area. Nice comfy seating in a relaxed atmosphere and all you could want to drink without having to queue or pay. Shopping area easily accessible if you still wish to shop. You can come and go as you please. No problems and excellent service with cleanliness.

I am usually running around before my holiday and have a stressful job. By using the Servisair Lounge it starts my holiday off by relaxing and enjoying a drink or two in peaceful surroundings.

The Servisair lounge at Heathrow was an oasis of calm in a busy airport. The range of drinks was very good & the atmosphere was peaceful & relaxing and, most importantly, not too busy. Perfect start to your holiday or to catch up on some work before boarding. Our party were there to start our hols. Two very minor improvements; snack range could be better (although there were lots of cakes!) & the staff could raise a smile every now and then.

The Servisair lounge provides a quiet well run location to rest in Terminal 3. The facilities were clean and the sfood and service very good. There were a lot of people using the facility.

Only criticism is dearth of newspapers. They are not supposed to be taken from Lounge but I wonder whether people adhere to that.

Can't fault this lounge - it does what is says on the tin! Plenty of space, drinks and snacks in very comfortable surroundings - whilst providing excellent value for money.

We did find it got a little bit hectic as the afternoon went on, maybe a few too many people in there.

Some lounges have more work tables, but this one was ok as it had bar-type space to work. Staff very good, very pleasant.

It was nice to get away from the crowd and noise of Terminal 3. I could sit and relax, read a paper and have a drink and a snack. I'd use the facilities again on my next return trip through Heathrow.

Used the T3 servisair lounge a mid-week evening in January - it was quite crowded in the main room and although not noisy, quite buzzy. The dry-snack selection was a little limited too. Luckily the former smoking room was much quieter so managed to have a relaxing hour before my flight.

I have used the airline lounges of OneWorld and Star Alliance airlines. In comparison, the lounge was small and the food was very basic. Also, it was very dirty with food scraps lying around. What most annoyed me was that they advertise you can use the lounge for three hours - but an hour of that is taken up heading off for the flight. When I tried to enter an hour earlier so I could have my 'three' hours, I was told I could not enter until the scheduled time. After I explained that I felt this was false advertising, I was reluctantly let in "this time". I ended up leaving after little over an hour as I did not find it to be a overly pleasant experience.

There should be an area where business types can use their cell phones to conduct business-its not very relaxing listening to loud conversations and loud cell phone ring tones. I actually left early and sat in the main lounges away from travelers and found it quieter and more relaxing. The food and drink was disappointing-dry biscuits-uninteresting food choices. I would have liked to have seen freshly packaged food selections rather than packaged items that had a shelf life of up to a year.

Very comfortable and peaceful experience. Lovely to get away from the bustle of the terminal. The only minor problem was arriving when a customer had a problem understanding when she could enter the lounge which took the receptionist time to explain whilst we waited to check in to the lounge. This is the 2nd time we have used the lounge and will certainly book into it next time we depart. Tea and biscuits were very enjoyable.

This isn't a high-end business lounge as some airline dedicated ones are. But if you want somewhere comfortable away from the masses, then this place offers good value for money. My only gripe is there's no food beyond cold "beer snacks".

I found the Servisair lounge one of Heathrows great little secrets that everybody should know about.A serious way to chill out before flying of to your destination.Will be doing it again this year.

I found the attitude of the staff and cleanliness very good, quality and choice of food and drink and facilities available fair, but I found the cost to be too high for what I received.

Tends to be very crowded - hard to find a seat. Drinks are good with a decent self service selection. Food is pretty basic snacks but Ok to pass the time. Not enough newspapers and no wifi. Sill if you have 2 or more hours to pass at the airport i think it is worth the £18

The longe was very busy and rather crowded. There were occasions when the staff struggled to keep the food area stocked and tidy but on the whole they suceeded. The range of drinks was very good but food rather limited. Overall I would use the lounge for future trips but I have stayed in better ones both in the UK and abroad.

The standard of finish of the lounge was poor. There were too few seats. The food was terrible. All in all, not worth the money
