I was not originally allowed in because I did not have my confirmation physically printed, even though I showed them the confirmation on my phone, which had all the information they could possibly need. I'm not sure where in the Thailand jungle I was supposed to find a printer, but it took me literally crying before I was let in. Five minutes later, I was asked to sign a confirmation, so I guess they did have a way to look it up.

Disappointed. Only booked lounge on basis it had a smoking area. This is now banned everywhere in Beijing Airport.

As soon as I've to stay at the Airport more than 3 hours I will use the Bgs Premier Lounge whenever it is possible. By using the Lounge i was able to start a 9 hours flight very relaxed.

I booked lounge for 5 hours from 19:00 until 23:59.
Problem was that lounge is located in the area behind security check which you can pass only with valid boarding pass. I was not able to get boarding pass before 21:00. By the time I got boarding pass, passed security check and got to the lounge it was already 21:45 so I was able to use lounge only for a bit more than two hours? That was not good experience but lounge itself is quite ok.

between flight transfer it was a relaxing and comfortable place to take a little rest & use the internet. Food, drinks, cleanliness was very good and the service was wonderful. Really recommend using this lounge.
