Bgs Premier Lounge

We Decided to book this for 5 hours as we had an 8hr stop over. The customer service was excellent with the front desk speaking both English and mandarin. Even though flight details were displayed in screens in the lounge They would come into the lounge address to announce flight boardings just in case you were asleep! The food and drink were good with a mixture of hot and cold snacks such as noodles, soup, bread and danish pastries. Plenty of tea, coffee, soft drinks and wine, gin,vodka and beer. Facilities wise the chairs were comfortable although I would have liked recliners! Toilets are airport public toilets just outside the lounge, we didn't notice any shower facilities. Overall very good and we would use a lounge again if we had at least 3hrs to wait between flights.

It was crowded at the time we went. Seats were not all that clean or comfortable. There were no toilets let alone a shower facility, I had to exit the lounge and walk down the corridor to get to a toilet. I was looking to have a white wine and snack but there was only one bottle of warm white wine to cater for the whole lounge, this was eventually replaced by an even warmer one. The food and service was very poor an as for the facilities there wasn't any

Good place to find some rest at the airport, had some trouble getting there as it is located behind customs and my airline opened check-in only two hours before take-off, while I had booked five hour access to the lounge in advance. Fortunately they made an exception and allowed check-in earlier so I could get some much-needed rest.

Everything excellrnt; service,food, comfort. Very agreeable to wait for a flight,certaimly after midnight. To note that the failities close theoritically at midnight. In fact, they pwait until the last departure. Excellent experience. Will do it again

The service, food and beverages were excellent plus the environment in itself. The only thing we really missed was the possibilty to lie down on some form of full-length couch, recliner or something similar. Kind regards, Stefan Bergman
