Arrived at 11 00 pm, had booked by internet but they insisted on printing out a copy of my confirmation which took about 10 minutes. Was looking forward to a shower, but it was only a camping type, not a proper one. The food was very limited and nearly all gone. Only spent an hour there but was not worth the cost.

We had a 5 hour stopover in Bejiing. The lounge was a quiet, peaceful haven to spend our time. Clean comfortable with good food and 5 star bathroom facilities. Other countries could learn from them. Thanks for making our stopover pleasurable

The variety of the food was less than I've experienced elsewhere, but the seating was comfortable and the shower was definitely refreshing. I'd have enjoyed more English language magazines and newspapers.

The lounge was quite and peaceful, the food was plentiful and of good quality. The restroom and shower facilities immaculate, I would definitely use this again and recommend to anyone staying over for any length of time in Beijing to pay a little amount of money for what is a fantastic experience.

This lounge had everything an airport lounge should have. It was quiet - there was hardly anyone there and it was huge. It had a lot of sofas and chairs and was a great place for a rest. Shower was very clean and bathroom was nice. Always great after a long haul. Food was not very good but there was lots of it. Impossible to log into Internet unless you can read Chinese. Overall all you would expect from a lounge - pretty good nothing special.

In my opinion the best thing was the super nice shower. I would appreciate more food variety in menu.

I had a 13hrs layover in Beijing and It was my first time to use the lounge. After a long flight a nice shower and good food is all I need and it did provide me with this. I will definitely book the lounge again.

Fantastic choice of food, hot and cold, very comfortable and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended lounge at Beijing.

Great to have a shower, however the food was disappointing with limited western choices. More fruit please!

PEK is a huge airport and really not very inviting. I give credit to BGS lounge for its facilities and refreshments, but the lounge was freezing. In fairness, there isn't much they can do about it because of the open design above the main transit area. Without walls, they are dependent on the temperature that the airport management sets for the entire transit area, and this is just way too cold, at least in einter. Don't know how the air-conditioning will work in summer. Too cold or too hot ?
