Bgs Premier Lounge

I enjoyed the lounge at Beijing Airport after a long flight from LAX. It was 5:00 a.m. so nothing else was open at the airport. I was excited about taking a shower but there was no soap or towel. It would be nice if these items had been provided. The lounge itself was comfortable and the food was very good. Not much of a selection but that may be because it was so early in the morning. I would definitely purchase another pass for this lounge should I every have a long layover in Beijing again.

The lounge is very pleasant however the bathrooms seriously need some work. I have used the shower and not only was the shower not very clean, but the water pressure and the drain were rather unacceptable. The food and drinks are ok, there is a plenty of space and the lounge wasn't very busy.

Nothing more to add to the summary, though signposting could be a bit better!

We were not greeted as nicely as their other Chinese guests. We came to desk who checked our reservation then pretty much left us on our own without even explaining where or what part if lounge to use and where facilities where. I had to inquire each time. Then a couple of Chinese guests came and they were greeted warmly. Then a Chinese came and was escorted to an area of lounge. My husband and I felt I welcomed And therefore won't recommend to family and friends.

The lounge was comfortable with good facilities. We were kept informed of the boarding time for our flight, and of any changes. Staff were friendly and polite.

Fantastic way to get through a stop-over in Beijing. The lounge had great showers, wifi access, was very comfortable and had a great food. We booked it again for the way home!
