Radisson Blu Hotel reviews

Hotel was fine, airy and light. Check in staff didn't know about the early 'Grab and Run' breakfast at first, but did find out. Only 3/4 restaurants were open and NY Grill was expensive (£52 for 2) for ok food. Hotel is very close for the airport.

Great - especially good service when we got back from our holidays and had lost our piece of paper to retrieve our car - very very patient staff - thank you.

Good value when parking included. Would certainly recommend the hotel - makes flying from Stansted very pleasurable despite the long drive down from NE England. Will use again.

Very convenient for antisocial flight times. Extended parking was very efficient.

My personal experience with a 12 yrs old was fine. However the public rooms were scarce with only one main bar. Young hungry children were there becoming distressed because the restaurants were not open and there was no children's menu. Is the hotel for business, professional people or for families as well...the hotel has not pitched it's market correctly to suit the prime position of Stansted.

Easy to book, very efficient service, did everything that was expected.

We were happy to have chosen this hotel, perfect for early morning start and very good getting our car back to us at end of holiday. Dinner choices excellent. If you decide that this is the first day of your holiday so can get over the cost, then it's a good option.

It would have been nice to have had the car brought to reception on our return. Small point, but that's what makes for great customer satisfaction.
