The bar was busy with only one member of staff who spent hours making coffee. The tables and bar were sticky with stale drinks and the carpet hadn't seen a vacuum in a while. The room smelt funny and not in a nice way and was in serious need of refurbishment. We booked an alarm call but weren't the only guests who didn't recieve one and nearly missed our flight! The Indian restaurant attached to the hotel was the only redeeming feature. The decor was in neec of touching up but the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

Would certainly use this hotel again. Good transport service makes it an easy option when flying from Manchester Airport, and good value as well.

We stop at this hotel regularly, but have only parked up once before this occasion. was very easy and plentiful. we had an issue with our car on our return and the staff were excellent in helping us out even in the pouring rain - would recommend to anyone.

The hotel staff are always friendly, rooms are very clean. We had food at the pizzeria as the thought of the three course meal (buffet) was too much (smelt lovely though), it was really nice, both options reasonably priced. will definitely use this hotel again before I go away anywhere, the carpark is good, did not mind leaving my car there for 16 days, as I knew it would be fine when I got back. The transfers to the terminals are great, the way back the transfers are so quick and you're not waiting around too long.

The only lift in the hotel was out of order when we checked-in and our room was on the 3rd floor. Even after asking for assistance no staff were available/willing to help with x2 20 kgs cases. We had to drag them up the stair cases. We were left waiting at the check-in desk whilst staff finished gossiping about each other and given a dirty look for interrupting their conversations! Poor customer service Im afraid.

It was a relief to only have to spend one night at this hotel. Firstly the lifts were out of order and there was no sign of an engineer being called to fix them, they were still out of order the following day. Secondly we were given our rooms keys and had to visit reception no less than 3 times in one night to get them re-scanned. Finally the people in the room next door (4 young males) made noise all night long and kept us awake - at no point did anyone from the hotel come to speak with them. With regards to the rooms, they were ok and clean but the hotel decor (corridors) is in desperate need of updating.

Have been to several hotels before flying to Orlando and this was one of the best! Rooms were clean, quite large and you could park on site which was an immense relief as we have had some hotels that we have had to park about 15 minutes away from the hotel and the airport! One drawback was that the lift only held one person and their suitcase, note to managers, please instal a new lift! Other than that, coffee and tea facilities and little shower goodies, wonderful! Keep it up Britannia!! Wonderful to see how they dealt with a large group of people at the airport, all sorted within 5 minutes, nobody had to wait longer than 10 minutes, was exceptional, could recommend them to anybody! Have been to Orlando 15 years running and only just found this hotel, will use them again!

my car broke down in hotel carpark, a gentleman on reception went beyond the call of duty to assist me even though he got soaked through in heavy rain. my wife and I were brought tea and biscuits in the middle of the night and got to sit in a warm area whilst awaiting the RAC.
