The free gift of this works sleep is excellent didn't use it on the night as we had to up very early but have used it since and have bought more. Well done will recommend you and will use you again if I have to travel from Manchester

Would definitely recommend this hotel. We only used it as an overnight stay before flying out of Manchester so didn't experience the dining facilities but our bedroom was clean and well decorated and the Reception team were very customer focused. We used the parking facilities and once back in Manchester we called the Hotel for transfer and the bus arrived within a few minutes. The driver was lovely. I will definitely use this hotel again should I visit Manchester.

Booked for convenient location.
Check in was quick and efficient.Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable.
We had to queue early morning for transfer to the airport but it was run very efficiently and moved quickly, return from airport was brilliant it seemed no sooner had we called than our lift arrived and picking the car up was so easy - well done.

Great hotel in central location 5 mins transfer from terminal 2. Room contemporary, comfortable bed and good shower. Adequate for an overnight stay, a little on the small side if staying any longer. Good selection of food available in the bar, although quite expensive along with drinks, but what you would expect to pay in a hotel.

Having spent hours trying to decide where to stay/park, I'm delighted that I chose Crowne Plaza. Easy to find at the airport, parking a breeze and a super efficient service. The hotel itself was absolutely pristine clean and luxurious. we dined in and the food was heavenly and very decent priced.
I will definitely be back and would recomend to anyone looking for a hassle free start to a holiday. 10/10 !!!!

Excellent place to stay and park car for 8 days was a bit worried when it said they had snore monitors after booked but you probably will not wake anyone up as your so close to the airport the noise of planes taking off will cover you if your a snorer like me.

We arrived quite late so did not use any of the facilities but enjoyed our overnight stay in the good sized room with adequate facilities although there were no tea making equipment.

The hotel staff couldn't do enough to help, on arrival the car park was full, so were told us to leave the car parked outside the hotel entrance, (we had visions of the car having been towed away the following morning). We handed over our keys the next morning and waited for our transfer, we had been given a time to be in reception, despite us being 15 minutes early and one of the first there it still took us an hour before we were finally dropped at the departure entrance. The transfer to the airport is 5 minutes once you actually get on the mini bus, however the buses run to different terminals resulting in the delay of actually getting there. On arrival back from our holiday the only wait we had was for the bus to arrive to take us to collect our car. However I would still use this hotel in the future but be more prepared for the transfer wait.

I had booked a night stay and 7 nights parking. I could not find a parking space in the car park and ended up hanging around until someone left and then this was not a designated space but up against a wall. My frustration was relieved when the duty receptionist (Male) upgraded me free of charge to a Club room and was very courteous and polite, although the lights were not working in the room at firstafter a phone call they came on within 30 mins. My only hesitation in recommending was the lack of parking spaces and I overheard other guests complaining about this.
