the hotel was very good and the transfers to and from the airport were very efficient. we will definitely use them next time we fly from Manchester.

Only negative was that the family room was down a corridor then down a flight of stairs which was difficult with two small children. Would suggest ringing hotel prior to stay too requirequest room on ground floor. Children can only use swimming pool until 7 pm but we didn't know that until we went to leisure club at 6.30 pm. Towels are provided and changing rooms have hair dryers.

Everything was fine though the description of the item on my credit card bill was confusing and I had to ring my card company to check it.

My wife and I stayed overnight at the hotel and parked our car there for a week with airport transfer included. Everything at the hotel worked like clockwork, check in, check out and airport transfer. My wife and I dined in the restaurant and the food was very good. The room was well equipped and very clean. On return from our holiday the airport transfer back to the hotel and collecting our car was all very easy. Based on our overnight stay and the transfers to and from the airport I would not hesitate to recomnmend this hotel.

Car parking was next to a main road with only a poor hedge in between. Notices were displayed denying hotel responsibility for loss or damage.

We have used this hotel twice now prior to travelling from Manchester Airport and would highly recommend. The leisure facilities are an added bonus and make a relaxing start to the holiday!

One of the best overnight hotels we have stayed in along time ! Lovely big,immaculate rooms,staff so happy to help from the minute we got there and throughout our stay,transfers for airport explained upon arrival,and the hotel swimming pool,spa,sauna,steam etc WOW what a lovely little extra.Food and drink facilities in hotel are standard and as you would expect.These people really have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
