the staff were very good and polite, they couldnt have been more helpful. always smiling and welcoming. the hotel was very convienent for the airport and the rooms were lovely and quiet. wouldnt hesitatate to stay there again or recommended it to others

Excellent hotel but a little pricey but I suppose I should accept hotel prices will be higher.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Heathrow Sheraton hotel; the room was lovely and it had an ironing board and an iron which is a real plus for any traveller. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I would suggest that you find somewhere else to eat as the food was very average and expensive - 50 pounds for 2 courses and half a bottle of wine.

A good location close to airport, room was very nice and staff were polite and helpful. One gripe was the cost of a taxi from and to the airport was a steep £13.50 each way, by far the most expensive 3 or so miles I have ever traveled!

our stay at this hotel was not a great experience, firstly the cost of the room included a full english breakfast, with an extra charge of 2 pounds to have it served in our room,as stated in the booking confirmation, but on requesting this, they said we would have to pay the full charge which was 18 pounds plus, so we did not get breakfast. secondly we were kept awake till well after 3.30 a m by partying neighbours, we did complain to the hotel , but they continued there noise, regardless of others,we had a long flight in front of us and were totally exhausted.i did make a complaint to the reception, but nothing has been done about this.

Our room was spacious and well equipped with modern requirements. Our only slightly adverse comment is that we thought the restaurant dinner menu had limited choice albeit what we had, was of a good quality and presentation.

The Sheraton is only a 5 minute drive from Heathrow ($20 in a black cab, $8 if getting the hotel shuttle bus; it's not free, as stated on the website). It's a huge hotel and the 24hr service is excellent, the room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, shower/bath was great and there's a cash machine on-site. It's a bit shabby round the edges (could do with some redecoration) and I wouldn't have been happy paying the full/usual charge of $450 per night for a room!!! $80 was far more reasonable! Eat before you go or take sandwiches as the food is ridiculously expensive - $40 just for breakfast.

Convenient to use if flight leaves early the next morning. However you have to wait for shuttle bus back to hotel which took us 30 minuntes after a 16 hour flight at 10pm, this is not an ideal situation. Having said that I would consider using service again.

although I booked and paid for 2 rooms, they only had one room shown on their reservation. they then added a charge of £80 to the bill for the 2nd room, although they removed the charge when I queried it on checkout.

A well located hotel with good links to the airport terminals. Very comfortable, well-appointed rooms and helpful, courteous staff. Very good breakfast at conveniently early hours - all in all a hotel I would use again.

Easily found within cachement area of Heathrow. As most all hotels room lighting is dim, rooms comfortable and spacious. Dining area fine with good breakfast, buffet. On the whole well maintained, airy and pleasant staff. Second visit so must mean something.

We found the location of this hotel quite difficult to find, checking in was slow due to amount of staff on duty, and the food/drink in the restaurant was very expensive and the quality quite poor. On the plus side, the overnight stay/parking was reasonably priced, rooms were clean and comfortable, parking was on-site with CTV, hopper buses were frequent. On the food issue we did locate a McDonalds opposite the hotel, if you really do not want to pay the Sheraton's expenisve food/drink prices.

Stay was good; staff cheerful and friendly.

No Free Internet. No Free Breakfast. No Free Shuttle. Meals too Expensive so we had to go across the road to McDonalds. When will the English learn that the value of their currency and their attitude of you must pay for everything is keeping tourists away and spending less.

The hotel is in an excellent position for travel from Heathrow. It represents good value when you consider that the difference between parking at the hotel for 15 nights (including one night's accommodation) and parking at the airport was negligible.

The hotel and facilities were excellent, convenient for Heathrow and excellent value when booked with Simply Hotels.

Excellent value for money except for full breakfast. Overpriced in comparison with similar hotels; no opportunity for optional extra.

Great new gym, quiet rooms with very comfortable beds and easy transfer to the Airport.

Arrived after day at Wimbledon, everything great, hotel seemed to offer some good travel services i.e. laundry and storage - would use if staying again, the price of my meal fish and chips was very expensive! If I'd known, I would have eaten before arriving, the fish was only okay, the chips poor! No offer of peas or any veg, service was very good.

Comfortable beds. Receptionist always courteous. The facilities suit our purpose.
