if there are any complaints they would be: food and drink quite expensive and the beds are slightly too hard

Our children were disappointed that the pool was not open for there use (we arrived at 7.10 pm). Wouldn't 8pm be acceptable.

All I can say is how impressed I was with the service in all aspects. The reception staff were particularly helpful to me both on arrival and in the early morning when I transferred to the airport so much so that I asked to make an entry in the visitors book before I left. I can highly recommend this package and will be using it again.

We could not ask for better service from all departments (especially reception and the transfer team). A bit expensive in the bar and restaurant but if you get the right priced Park & Stay package, this more than compensates. The only criticism, which is out of the hotels control to a point is unfortunately, too many inconsiderate people who arrive or depart in the night show little consideration for guest who are sleeping by banging doors and talking/shouting loudly. Perhaps some prominent notices could be displayed around the hotel (especially a large "POLITE" notice at the reception). Looking forards to my next stay in October

I thought the bar meals were very expensive. Also the entrance to the hotel slip road needs a better or bigger sign as we missed the turning and it took us an age to get back.

From front reception,through room comfort, catering service (prices a bit OTT), overall cleanliness and for me, the attitude and helpfullness of the shuttle drivers convinces me not to look elsewhere (especially if it can be bought as a "Undercover Hotel Deal" where you don't know the hotel until AFTER you have booked and paid but not too difficult to work out the hotel

Cut the hassle of early rising and stay overnight on, or near the airport.Certainly makes the first day of your holiday much better.

Clean room - pleasant and friendly staff who were helpful - very nice recreational facilities. Very cost effective stay booked well in advance which is always a bonus including one weeks car parking. Will I use the Hilton again - yes!!

The customer care at the Hilton was first class, the reception staff and drivers couldn't have been more polite and helpful. We will definitely use the Hilton again when flying from East Midlands.
