all staff were very welcoming.Room clean,healthsuite facilities excellent and included in price.Left too erly for breakfast but enjoyed complimentary coffee,juice and croissants while waiting for transfer taxi,transfers both ways were on time.Overall a very enjoyable experience,would highly recommend and will definately be using again.

From start to finish we both had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We dined in the restaurant, where we found the waiting staff very friendly and courteous. Overall We found the hotel clean, very courteous Reception staff. Did not use Leisure facilities on this occasion, however, did manage to view the area. We were impressed with what we saw.

we stop at the hilton every year at least 3 times and its steadily got worst the rooms are very tatty crying out to be refurbished and the bathrooms are awful we had washed out white towels that didnt look clean and the shower trickled out the tv didnt work either it was fuzzy we stopped the21st and the 29th on our way back from abroad and were totally disapointed i think this will be our last time its a shame as a couple of years ago we loved it

The hotel was very comfortable and the transfer service to the hotel was very efficient. I would definitely use this service again as it took the stress out of getting to the airport early in the morning and got our holiday off to a good start.

hotel needs refurbishing in corridors and rooms reception is very nice and restaurant is nice in our room there was a layer of dust on carpet round the skirting and cut toenails from previous customer on floor near bed

No problems with any of the services or the 5am checkout and airport transfer process. On dining the food was usual Hilton high standard but let down slightly on this last visit by the overstretched restaurant staff.

Can I just say that we were very impressed with the hotel and also the transfers how efficient and organised the whole thing was and although we didn't take advantage of it on this occasion we were very impressed with the offer of a three course meal for £12 per head. We will definitely be using go simply again. Excellent! Will recommend to our friends and family.

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Great stuff

would recomend everyone to stay here,i already have to my friends they were also very impressed,the dining was exellent and the staff very helpful.i will stay as often as flight times allow,

Local taxi drivers need to know where the hotel is. I could not believe the incompetence of them. The dinner menu was somewhat limited, basically a carvery, although well cooked.

£0.01 more than staying at a Travel lodge I think staying at the Hilton Holtel is far nicer. They arranged for the transfer to airport even at 03:30am and give a number to call on our arrival to arrange pick up and return to hotel all in the price of the room. I would recommend this to any one as it takes the stress of traveling to the airport trying to find parking and fear of being late and at only £25.00 ish more than parking at the airport for the week complete with an overnight stay, it's great.....

Perfect if you use the M1. It's right at the side of it but no noise. I like the way that the car stays where it is - on site and the security is good. Will use again.

Overal the experience was good, but had to go to the airport to early because of limited courtesy mini-bus transfer. This would not affect you if paying for your own transfer.

I cannot fault the Hotel in any way. Service was excellent,the staff very helful and extremely courteous,food was good and sensibley priced.If we use East Midlands Airport again we will book in at the Hilton Hotel

The airport service run is very effective and easy to use just book in with helpful reception staff at hotel. Prices for food and drink in bar expensive - we weren;t told they had a childrens menu until after the children had tried to eat adult style food at obviously adult prices. Food also very average. However you are only really there for ease of airport access which was good.

What we think of the Hilton cannot be repeated. We arrived about 4pm on the saturday only to be told by the manager that they did not have a room for us. We were so angry, as having booked & paid for this 3 months before, they could have at least phoned or contacted us before so that we could have made alternate arrangements. They offered us the Hilton in Nottingham city centre, which was an extra 30 mins away,which we had to take because of the car parking arrangements.This was a disaster as they held a disco/function until the early hours when we had to be up at 5am for our flight. My wife ended up with a migraine due to all the stress and was ill until the Monday, what a great start to our holiday? This is not good publicity for you as you arranged the booking. If you can't guarentee a room then you shouldn't say so!We will never use the Hilton again, neither will our family & friends!

Found the whole set up of parking, getting to the hotel, and the taxi return very good. Hotel was very nice and comfortable too.
