The transfers to and from the airport were excellent. The meal in the evening 3 courses for £15 was superb. The room looked a bit tired but nevertheless will recommend to others.

When u check in they ask if u want a meal ticket for £15 each for a 3 course dinner you must do this because the food is amazing one of the best meals we've had n we are a bit of a gourmet family.the shuttle service is amazing we had a Lovely man take us and explain what would happen on arrival.room fantastic shame we only stopped one night will definitely stay again .

From when we arrived to when we were collected from the airport after our holiday, we received excellent service throughout. Will definitely stay there again.

From the minute we got there until the time we picked our car up after our holiday it was brilliant. We had an offer of a 3 course meal for £15 each and was very much worth the money, the food was amazing. The transfers were so easy and all of the staff at the hotel were brilliant

Room and evening meal were good as was the transfer to the airport.However the transfer from the airport back to the hotel on our return was unacceptably poor,in fact non existant.

Good standards all round, lovely room, service was excellent, including the transfers to and from the airport. Prices in the bar/ restaurant could have been better value.

Good hotel, room very comfortable and a good size even with two adults and a child. The price of meals and drinks are on the high side. Parking arrangements very good but it's a 10-15 minute transfer to/from the airport. Driver really good - helped with cases and gave my son an activity pack to keep him amused.

Good, clean hotel, the transfer is great, not having to drive your own car early morning to Airparks, you just park and leave it until you get back. Free transfers back and forth to airport, and they do actually drop you at Departures instead of a 10 min walk which is normal. They also pick you up as soon as uou arrive, as they check the arrivals from the office. We were expecting at least a 15 min wait, so that was great with two young tired children. Only gripe is the food is mega expensive..

The staff were very helpful on check in and explained the park & ride very clearly. Nice clean and large bedroom. Transfers to and from hotel went without any hitches and will recommend to friends and family. Our stay at the Hilton was a very good start to our holiday.

only over night stay before flying out of East Midlands - lovely hotel

Good value for money. Parking good and excellent transfer service to East Mids Airport. The only negative thing is that the Post Code directions via Sat Nav sends you down the motorway slip road to a non existing entrance. Entrance hard to find for strangers in the dark

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We had a really comfortable room for our nights stay. A wake up call ensured we would not over sleep and miss our early flight! Parking at the hotel was safe and secure so no worries about the car while we were away. All in all a very good way to start any holiday!
