No space left to park at the hotel, had to park opposite side of road in a business car park. Was told to leave keys at reception and they would move car when space available, car was still in original space when we returned, even though there was room in the car park. Transfer to airport in taxi was ok. However on return told no shuttle bus service available, told to take a taxi. Trying to get a taxi at airport was virtually impossible, queues galore. Decided to walk back to hotel, a good 10 minute brisk walk, when we got back to hotel, shuttle bus was sat outside Reception. Good hotel for the money but the transfers let it down, probably be better off parking at the airport.

The hotel was really quiet and I had a great night's sleep before my flight the following day - AND a choice of pillow softness - what luxury! The breakfast was fantastic and the whole experience was good and was amazing value for money - I'd stayed at a hotel at Heathrow a few weeks before which was twice the price and didn't include breakfast. Thank you

This hotel is about 3 mins drive from the airport.The check in, rooms,customer service,breakfast ( continental at 04.30hrs )and parking was first class.Hotel shuttle transfer at £4 for two adults and two children is great value.No noise from the airport.Definately use this hotel again.

The hotel do not cater for children in the dining area - food and drinks very expensive - no childrens menu which I found very poor. On a positive the hotel was very clean and everything about the stay and early morning getting to the airport was excellent - the staff were very helpful

perfect stay, just one critisism, the room was a little noisy, i think we were above the kitchen so we were awake from 4am!

This was the second time we've used the hotel and parking package and it's still as good as ever. Transfer to the airport was arranged by the hotel and the taxi was on time - even though it was at 4.15am! Will definately use again when flying from EMA. Superb price, comfortable rooms, good service - what more do you need.

We were greeted as though we were old friends on our arrival. Parking couldnt have been simpler. We were offered a shuttle to the airport but had to take a taxi as we were leaving so early.The taxi was booked for us. Our room was lovely and clean and nice and quiet. We ate in the restaurant which was a bit pricey but the food was lovely. I couldnt fault anything and will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this Hotel three times. The Hotel is clean,good service and good food but a little over priced apart from that it a good hotel near the airport and we well be booking again.

We had one room for three adults and a child and there was ample room. The breakfast included in the price was more than adequate (saved money not having to buy breakfast at the airport!). The transfer was excellent - arranged for when we wanted to go, punctual and cost £2 per adult. Only a few minutes drive to the airport. Will definately use again.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the hotel we was a bit disapointed about the lack of eating facilities as in a light meal or sandwiches as we did not want a dinner. It would have been nice to have been able to purchase a snack.
