Staff were friendly, and was good value. Only spent one night there and left my car for 8 days. Taxi transfer was very good and on time

All organised for us in fairness, as soon as booked into Hotel Taxi to Airport & Return was all booked, Taxi arrived on time to take us to airport and bring back

The room was dirty and very out dated. There was no soap in either the shower or basin dispensers. The towels were bunched on to the towel rail which was hanging off the wall. The shower was dirty with disgusting grouting. Their was only a bedside table on one side and it appeared, judging from the carpet, that several items of furniture had been removed. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Had it not been for our late arrival and 4.30 am departure, we would have refused to stay there. Quality Inn? What a joke.

Even though we arrived after the resturant was closed they still were able to offer us a selection of sandwiches - staff were friendly and attentive.

everything went very smoothly from booking to returning and a very special thanks to the taxi company for very good transfer service, could not fault anything

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to travel from Birmingham Airport. The hotel was clean and more than adequate, the staff were friendly and helpful and the transfer was very good.
