Parking details could have been clearer - I spent some time looking for "Airparks" signage and ended up just parking in a carpark (No 5) - luckily this was OK but I was concerned that I would end up paying twice for parking as I felt I might be in the wrong place.

The hotel was very good and in an ideal position, however the holiday parking was quit a distance away. We arrived at about 9pm and after a long busy day it was quite a treck taking the car to the car park and then returning back to the hotel, apart from that it was very good.

We booked an overnight stay with holiday parking at the Ibis Hotel, Birmingham airport. Everything was excellent. The car drop off and shuttle bus was quick and efficient to and from the hotel and airport. We had a very restful, comfortable night before our holiday, avoiding an early morning drive through rush hour traffic on a Monday morning with no worries about road works delaying us and therefore not making it to the airport on time. Our room at the Ibis was quiet & peaceful even though the hotel is less than a five minute walk from the airport check-in desks. It was excellent value for money, costing just a few pounds more than holiday parking alone. We would certainly do the same again and highly recommend it.

instructions and directions, (postcode), for airparks could have been made more clear on the initial booking reference as we had to get postcode from the hotel. Other than that no problems.

We booked car parking for a week & the night prior to flying in the hotel as a package. It was excellent value for money and great to be able to just walk to the airport the following morning.

Quick check in. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and no aircraft noise. Evening meal available up to 10pm with a good choice but a little on the expensive side. Early start buffet breakfast available again with a good selection of hot and cold food. 2 minute walk from departures terminal. Overall a pleasant stay at this hotel and I can recommend it to travellers flying to/from Birmingham.

No parking at the hotel - airparks as part of a deal. Drop off very good - collection from airport not so good - first driver went without making effort to get people waiting on board - second driver re-organised people and luggage so all people waiting were accommodated. Hotel fine, lounge area well supported and food good value for where it is.Very convenient for airport. Would use again.

3 minutes on foot from Departures. Smart, clean and spacious rooms. Pleasant staff. Good food and drink at good prices. I would definitely use the Ibis again.
