We stayed at hotel the night before we went on hotel. It started the holiday of well. We did have a meal there it was expensive. On the whole lovely hotel good location for airport.

I had 2 rooms in the 2 nights I stayed, the rooms are well beyond a joke, in emergency need of decoration-well beyond a joke. I won't be staying here at any price, totally sick of these rooms.

Car park is a bit basic,and can be very full.Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff. Transfer to airport very easy going out.

The bedroom was next door to the lift, noisy.
No air conditioning, if you opened the french door the noise from the front door activity was dreadful!
Lastly these rooms are in urgent need of decoration, they needed it 5 years ago, they are just disgusting and not what you would expect for Hilton Group-at any price.

As we had an early morning flight, I thought that I would look for a hotel and parking deal. We checked in late at night (about 10pm) and booked our transfer shuttle bus for the morning departure with ease.
Room was as expected to a good standard and would definitely stay again if flying from Birmingham airport.

Car parking facilities very good, no multi storey's! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Transfer to and from airport easy and quick. Would definitely use again.

I guess that's because I found the cheapest deal. The room I moved to was much better. Sports facilities are v good. I strongly question the value of the shuttle service to both hotel and guests, not to mention the environment. I waited at the rail station for much longer than it would have taken me to walk. Why not tell guests that it's less than 5 mins' walk?

enjoyed our pre holiday night at this hotel, the pool looked fab,(we didnt try it out), we had room service which was really delicious, hot etc. Room fine, clean and nice to have a bit of a balcony, felt as though we had started our holiday early. We did go for a drink around 6ish, and found it was busy, but this hotel due to its location (within the NEC complex)deals not only with constant daytime delegates and conferences, but also evening award ceremonies. Unfortunately this leads to congestion within the hotel carpark.
The tranfser to the airport no problems, and on our arrival back,due to the restrictions at the airport, went on the monorail to bhx int train station.
totally recommended.
We would use this facility again.
