it is 2mins from airport if you walk however it was torrential rain and floods when we were due to leave so had to get taxi at £7 and also on way back has we didn't know way by foot haveing not arrived by foot.

Good quality, modern hotel. The room was excellent, well laid out for a family of four. The food in the restaurant was well-cooked and presented and the service was good. The overall experience was a positive one but you're left wishing that hotel staff were paid a decent wage so that they might be more inclined to show a little more enthusiasm.

Although the room was clean and tidy the carpets in the hallways were FILTHY. It was a shame as they clearly weren't old & would have looked so much better after a vacuum. I had also paid for breakfast which the hotel had no record of, so we ended up paying for it again.....not the sort of hassle I need on the morning of a competition when I'm trying to keep myself calm and focused.

Online booking, hotel reception was excellent. The room was well-prepared and dining facilities well received. The car parking arrangements was well-organised and to our expectations. Location of the hotel in relation to the airport and rail services was excellent. Overall, a quality hotel that we will certainly use again and have recommended to others.
