Nice hotel and very comfortable. Ordered dinner and was led into false sense of security about the price. Most expensive one course i have ever paid for and then they hit me for a £13.95 breakfast and all because i hadn't managed to book through my regular hotel booking website where my breakfast comes free. Nice work Novotel!!! NOT!!!!

We would definately stay again and got our holiday off to a good start. The cost of wine was however a little excessive

Got exactly what I wanted and will certainly use the service in future. Used the meet and greet service and was impressed with the professionalism of the driver who met me at BHM airport on my return. Very much appreciated and I felt money well spent.

What better than to wake refreshed, power shower, breakfast and walk across the road to check in. An excellent start to any trip. Staff service as always with Novotel was top end.

Nice hotel, extremely handy for early flights at the airport - surprisingly quiet - you literally fall out of bed into the airport terminal.

I had not realised I'd bought a day only reservavtion with this hotel. Your site did not give me warning before I confirmed ny booking. This costs me a great deal of extra money to change my booking to an overnight stay. I am very angry and disappointed with your organbisation for allowing me to make this mistake.

The monorail from the station taking you right to the airport where you just step out of the terminal and cross the road is brilliant - it couldn't be easier to get to. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Smashing!

The only problem was getting to the hotel as the glasgow bombing had hit, got the meet and greet service on the way back fantastic service well worth the £20.00 will use this company again.

Very convenient for departures. Hotel staff very accommodating & professional. Car parking too far away unless you know your way around Birmingham.
