This was definately the most relaxed start and finish to our holiday. It was excellent value for money and we weren't jostling with cases and buses in an airport car park. The car was in a nice safe location and the security were patrolling all night, we can vouch for that as we spoke to them at 3am!!!! Hotel was lovely and clean and really quiet all in all relly recommended

Very good experience at the hotel but the airport was further away than I expected. The taxi was on time to the airport but on the return journey we had to wait nearly 30 minutes. The return taxi could only put one suitcase in the boot and 3 cases had to go on the back seat. I had to sit in the front seat with the window stuck wide open.

Nice clean and friendly hotel. Staff very helpful with 24 hour check-in. The parking was secure and the transfers were on time, reliable and only took 20minutes - if that! It was great value-for money.

This is a great way to start any trip and I would certainly use this service again. My wife is a light sleeper so she found the trafic noise from the nearby motorway intrusive but that could easily be rectified with a set of ear plugs. The service was excellent and overall it was great value.

initially, we were not given a no-smoking room, despite booking one. we were told that no others were available and were only granted an alternative room after some persuasion. window in room was VERY draughty and noisy. in view of the above, it seemed futile to attempt to request to move rooms. taxi driver tried to make us pay extra after dropping us at the airport, despite us giving him a voucher in payment for the journey. taxi collecting us from the airport took nearly 30 mins, and we were told that we had to wait in the car park for it, despite it being very cold and 11pm at night.

We were not made aware that the cost of the hotel included free parking and a free taxi to the airport. Because of this lack of information, we paid twenty pounds for a week of off airport parking. Also if we had booked direct to the hotel we would have got the hotel at a cheaper rate.

booking simple, directions to hotel were easy to follow, staff were professional and very helpful, taxi service prompt. It should be noted that though the taxi fare is included and covered by voucher,the carpark fee is paid by the passenger.

Great to start the holiday early by staying over the night before. Parking was great..just literally left the car parked at the hotel.

found was worth while booking and being able to leave car for week taxi transfere was very good both ways, room was as you would expect although tea/coffee was very limited in room. other guests very noisey at 230am waking us up was miffed at this as was looking forward to a good sleep before travelling, would stay their again though as i guess it was just one of those things.

Bed settee not made up.When I asked for bed linen I was told it was under the settee.My daughter and I had great difficulty pulling the bed out had to go to reception for help.Eventually somebody came he also had difficulty.I was left to make the bed up.Very disappointed with attitude as it was getting late and my granddaughter was unable to go to bed for some time.Dont think I would chose that hotel again.
