This was one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Had we realised the condition of the mattress on the bed in our room we would have refused to stay in this hotel. The matter was reported and discussed with the Manager, Mr. McDonald? the next day, who listened to our concerns about the condition and hygiene of the bedding and the health risks that we had been exposed to, gave us little confidence that he accepted our comments or would be taking action to remedy the unsatisfactory state of this room. We did not book this room on the basis of an airport parking package or knew that this was part of the deal. Thus we feel that we may have overpaid for the room and suffered from unpleasant and potentially dangerous consequences.
