Very impressed guy with the guy collecting my car, he was very thorough and friendly, explaining every point which I felt was important as this was my first time using your service. The delivery of my car on my return was prompt and courtious but I was a little surprised that the delivery man did not take me around to check my car or mileage. However, everything was fine anmd I was quickly on my way home. I will definately use your service next time I travel.

I have worked in the same industry so know what is expected. Your company did everything that was expected, I can only hope the same could be said all the time about the company I worked for. I will be using your company again for sure. Thank you.

I would recommend this company to anyone. The driver that met us at the airport was very friendly and they even called us before we arrived at the airport to check how far away we were. On our return one phone call ensured our car was returned to us within 10 minutes of clearing customs. Excellent service !

After comparing parking services on line I thought you offered the the best price. I have to say were greeted by a very friendley gentleman, the service was very slick. On our return it was less 5 minutes after we made contact that were shown to our car. Would most certainley use you again & recommend friends. Thank you. The Sharman family

Very efficient and friendlt service... we had a 9 hour delay on homeward bound flight and the communications were great and brought our car to the agreed point on time.. very helpful and friendly staff.. would certainly use again

I rang as soon as i had collected my luggage as instructed but was still waiting for over 10 minutes before my car arrived. I know the timing is difficult to guage but it was wet and cold and i wasn't appropriately attired for waiting outside. I appreciate that you cannot hang around in the drop off zone but perhaps i could have called a bit earlier.

have used tudor rose at gatwick for years and they have never been more than 10 mins late and usually are there within a few minutes-sos took over half an hour to deliver the car on return and though pleasant I would question whether they have the back up to deliver a punctual service-for that reason I am unlikely to use them again

Everyone was very helpful when we managed to give the wrong time of arrival and juggled things to make sure that we were dealt with straight away. We would definitely use them again.

Overall this is a good service. My only gripe is on their ability to respond to changing events. We arrived earlier than expected and although giving the required notice prior to arrival at the airport, we had to park up for 1/2 hour in the McDonalds car park to await their instruction to proceed to the airport drop off point. This was no faster than us parking in the long term car park and taking the bus. On the other hand, when arriving back a little early, they were with us within 10 minutes. So overall I would think about using them again.

The people were all very helpful when we contacted them and the return service was also first class. We will definitely be using them again and not their more expensive rivals or cheaper competitors with lower standards

This is the second time we have used Meet & Greet & found it much better than the first company we used who returned our car looking like it had been driven in the Dakar rally. We have already booked with this company SOS Parking again.

A great service with helpful staff - completely hassle free even when we had to make changes to the booking due to baggage handler strikes - highly recommended.

This was really easy to book, I got a call on my way to the airport so didn't even have to let them know I was nearly there, the staff were really friendly and punctual at both the drop off and pick up. No stress with finding a space, dragging your bags or paying when you leave, highly recommended.

I was just about to phone them as we approached the airport when they phoned me. Car was delivered back to car park exactly as described. A little confusion over the pick-up point was quickly resolved. Great service.

Called 15 minutes before arriving as told to to ensure a person was there to meet us. They were there on time and clearly visible. Helpful, friendly person met us. Upon our return very efficient process. Would recommend them.

Worked perfectly - despite us arriving for departure earlier than 'booked' and having a four hour delay on return the service was incredibly efficient and courteous, would be my first choice next time. Thank you
