Easy to find and park, quick collection on freezing morning but had to wait for return bus for 30 mins which seemed forever after a very long flight. Would use again though

I have used JetParks several times before. The transfer bus was on time both in and out and the car park areas well lit and signposted. Upon my return, I misheard the announcement of my correct bus stop to collect my car, I apologised to the female driver, she was extremely courteous and went back to take me to the correct bus stop to collect my car. She put the customer first and deserves an applause. I certainly recommend this service and of course I will return.

If you have the number plate on the side / like Alfa Romeo / the barrier camera doesn't read it so remember the code they send you

Found car park easily without our sat nav. Parked only a few yard from the bus stop, where the bus was waiting for us. On return, we only waited a few minutes. Will ce3rtainly use Jet Parks again when we fly from Stansted.

I have travelled to meny places and used carparks at Gatwick luton and heathrow so with this in mind I have to say for a basic carpark this was very good value after parking the car the transfer coach was waiting it was a bit full but on time we did have to wait a while on our return journey but we arrived safe so all in all I was very pleased with the service and will use again in the future

We arrived at the jet parks easily, following instructions . The transfer bus was already there. Off we went straight to the airport. On return the transfer bus was again there waiting. The driver told us to let us know which area we were in. Of we got and straight out, no problems. Very easy and efficient service.

A) the entry ticket machine was out of action but no sign was displayed to advise that you had to speak to an operator. This operator did not consider she had any responsibility to alert users to arrange for a sign. So instead of the car number being read by an ANPR camera, they needed your reference number to let you in - and let you out. B) no advice about recording the bus stop number. Shan't use them again

Remember what letter and number row you park your car in - after a week or two in the sun we forgot - and spent a little while searching for our car - looked like others had this problem too!! Good service - would use again.

It was a bit confusing with all the closed car parks, but this was the first time we had used Jetparks and we did find where we were supposed to go quite easily. The bus came along very promptly, and the driver even waited for us as he could see us walking towards the bus stop (I was impressed). The transfers were about 15 mins, which was fine and we got a bus very easily on the return leg of our journey. Very convenient, worked like clockwork and at a reasonable price. Would definately use them again.
