The parking was easy to find and only 5 minutes from the airport. The pick up bus took us straight away and we only had a few minutes to wait to be picked up.

No issues on leaving a car, only I had to wait for 30min to be pick up from airport. Friendly staff 5 stars.

'Head towards Stansted Airport Terminal. At the roundabout just before the Terminal (A) take the 4th exit signed 'Takeley'.' You need to understand that at this roundabout you can see both the terminal and the short term carpark. We unfortunately took a 4th exit at an earlier roundabout, ended back on the M11 and had to go over 10 miles north before we could turn round and come back. On our second attempt we got to the correct roundabout and then it is plain sailing.

Very pleased. Happy with service and the price. Would reccomend if you are not fussy and don't want to pay a lot for parking your car while you are on holidays. Transfers are great,very close to terminal. Happy overall.

You cannot quibble with the price or the punctuality of the transfers, but it is a very basic service. On arrival the appearance of the place doesn't instil a great deal of confidence, and the transfer vehicles are very grubby. You leave your car in a cramped area in front of the arrival building, from where it is moved and stored, and then manoeuvre it out of the same area when you come back. It worked!

First time I have had to book airport parking, found this service very value for money, punctural and easy to use service. I have already recommended this service.

Good value for money, however not ideal for early arrivals not opened until 4am, landed at 3am so had to wait..

Will use CSL time and time again.. Easy to find.. Picked up well within the time stated.. Friendly drivers dropping of and picking up.. Totally recommend this service to others.

Staff with strange attitude towards customers. Cannot use word customers service because it was none. Staff not helpful and not friendly at all. Had to look for my car..........

This car parking facility is extremely easy to use and good value for money. Very easy to find and very close to Stansted Airport. We were a little concerned upon arrival as this is the first time we had used a car storage facility rather than a classic airport car park and it did look a little scruffy however staff were helpful and car appears to have been taken care of. Transfers were immediately available and took just minutes to reach the terminal. I would not hesitate to use again.

Definitely recommend these guys. Car was looked after properly & they picked me up & dropped me off promptly. I've paid a lot more with other providers in the past & had inferior service.

The mini bus driver on departure was a little grumpy and didn't help loading the luggage. Driver on arrival was very cheerful and helpful. Transfer was punctual and efficient.

I had no problem with the team. The service was effective and met my expectation. 100% recommendable.

Would use again without any hesitation. However didn't find the "getting there" instructions that clear - for benefit of others where it says go to the roundabout before the short stay it isn't the big roundabout, its really obvious when you get to the roundabout where short stay is as there is lane control signs...go you past that exit and use the next small exit signposted "Takeley" ,then just follow the road round. When we got there we checked car in, got straight on the minibus and we were at the airport in about 2 minutes..same on return. Fantastic service, friendly staff and great price.

Generally my choice of car parking at airports is dictated by price, though I won't use ones with a lot of iffy customer reviews. Car Storage Park and Ride were at the cheaper end but didn't disappoint. Although the site (pleasantly nearer to Deps and Arrivals than the official Long Term CP)is not very smart and glossy, the staff were most helpful, bubbly and accommodating. Drop-off and pick up went smoothly in a comfy new minibus with no delays and a minimum of fuss. Will certainly use again.

Parking site was easy to find, staff eager to help, and transfer to the airport terminal quick and easy. Return equally simple, with a free-phone number and almost no delay in the pick up. Keys handed over within a minute of arrival back at the parking site, and car only a few metres away. Really nothing to complain about at all except the usual high cost that airport parking adds to any holiday (Category C car rental in Majorca cost only £20 for 5 days!).

I left my car in a clean condition but on collection the exterior was a disgrace and took quite some time to get the mess off it on my return home. Would not use this car park again because of this

your service is very convenient,but much to my regret it isn't available at late night. sometimes the flights arrive at night.

However, I think the instructions as to how to get to you were not as good as they could be eg."Go straight ahead at the first roundabout" is fine if you knew which was the first roundabout ie where to start counting. As some of the roundabouts have names, it would help if you gave the names in the instructions.

Only one minor criticism would be the lack of lights at the front where my car was. Overall though-recommend it!
