Very good service travelling with 2 kids and arriving at 11:45 pm we were nervous but all worked smoothly and no waiting at all . Best service, will definitely use it again

Parking actually provided by Meteor. Very smooth, a really easy start and end to our holiday.

Whole experience with Aardvark, was quick and easy. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived to go on hols in the early hours, and arrived back with our car within 10 mins of phone call when returning to UK.

This really was valet parking at its best. We drove right up to the entrance at Stansted Airport and were met by a professional agent in uniform. On our return we waited less than a minute for the return of the car. There were no nasty extra charges either. I have already recommended Aardvark Parking to my friends.

The service was excellent and included the fee to exit the pick-up car park. I was half way home in the time it would have taken me to get a bus back to the long stay car park. A brilliant service and one I would definitely use again.

Telephoned Aardvark 10 minutes before arriving at Stansted, given clear directions on where to drop off the car. Met by courteous staff. Who told us where to pickup the car on our return. Every thing worked smoothly, will definitely use Aardvark again.

Despite some confusion following our change of car details the arrival service was excellent. On our return we were clearly not expected although we came in on time and on the flight details we had given! However, after a delay the driver found us and we were on our way within about 30 minutes of phoning in.

It was all fine as previous reviews indicated. I will use the service again. Thank you

Have used most of the valet parking companies and this experience with Aardvark was probably the best. Just a short wait for the attendant to arrive to drop off the car (but we were earlier than planned so to be expected) and then the car was at the airport literally as we came to the collection point. Excellent on all fronts!

Everything occurred as stated by the company. The staff were waiting at the airport on arrival and were there immediately on our arrival. Well worth the money and will definitely use them again.

We arrived in front of airport, they were there, off we went. On return a phone call and by the time we had walked to pick up point 5 mins max the car was there and off we went home very pleased indeed with the service we received. Will definitely use again

Have used other companies and often have had to wait around and make several convoluted calls but not with Aardvark - everything was as easy as could be. We made the 10 minute pre-arrival call and were met on arrival at the airport. On our return we landed (25 minutes early) and called when we were ready, they came straight away and it was easy to find to collect our car. Great price, great service, will use again - thanks!

A good concept that offers value for money. Just drop the car right at the front of the airport and collect it there. What needs to be improved: 1- direction to drop off point and pick up point: instructions and a map should be sent in writing by email after booking. On the phone instructions are not really clear. 2 - only advertise if you know the service can be delivered. Had to wait 30 minutes to get my car returned. I understand at pick times the service is not as quick but a mention a this should at least be made clear. 3 - Not sure where the car was parked but the driver's carpet was full of mud.

First time we have ever used a meet and greet service and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Travelling with a baby was made more simple with the very quick and easy drop off and pick up Will use again next time we travel

Exactly as described, helpful with directions, fully punctual, car returned exactly as left. No problem using again.

Would fully recommend to anyone. Same price as short and long stay but much easier

Happy with service on departure , meet and greet ok. on arrival , when you just want to get home !!! we could not contact anyone for about 30 mins , there were other unhappy customers too. i would not use this sertvice again , it would have been far easier and quicker to ppark in the mid-stay car park.

When they get busy you can have problems getting through on the phone. You may also have to wait a little longer for your car once you got through. It's generally not that long, but of course when you're used to no wait it seems longer! Other than that I have had no issues using it, and it can't be that bad as I have returned 3 times already in the past few weeks.

The member of staff was waiting for us, made a check of the car and took my signature on arrival. When we came home we called the number given to us as we came through passport control, made our way to the blue bollard area and our car was delivered back within minutes. It was really straight forward and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Car was returned with three chips in the windscreen in various places. Customer services very slow in responding to my email despite promising a 24 hour response service. I have just been informed that windscreen damage is NOT covered as part of the terms and conditions. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
