I was very pleased with the service. I phoned the number supplied at the time of booking 15 mins before arriving at the airport and within 5 mins of arriving the meet and greet drivers had found me and took my car away. On returning to the airport a week later and with a three hour delay on my flight, I phoned the same number and was told my car would be waiting for me in the drop off bays in departures, and sure enough when I got there it was waiting for me. I must confess that when I handed over the keys to my car to a total stranger, who then only supplied me with a business card, was a little bit on the worrying side, however in the end everything went smoothly and I was able to breathe a sigh of relief when I saw my car upon my return. My car was exactly how it was when I handed it over and the petrol gauge was still showing three quaters full, as it was previously. Overall I was very satisfied with the meet and greet service and I would definately recommend it to anybody else who plans to fly from Manchester Airport

Landed at 2 am with tired children - the man from uk premier gave us exact instructions of where he would be and was there within 2 minutes with our car. The only suggestion I would make, is to have some sort of ID on them as it was a bit disconcerting to have the man meet us on our arrival at Manchester airport to take our car away, without any ID that he came from that company. Will definitely use again and can recommend to others.

Couldn't have been better. Driver arrived on time and on return car was clean and arrived promptly. Calls answered quickly and staff polite. Will definitely use again.

All in all went well was sceptical about it but once I phoned the number and was answered hello go simply and I spoke to them. Felt more reassured due to feeling will some one really meet me at the airport. And they did both when I was going and when I came Back will recomend gosimply no problem thank you

The system was quick easy and the staff were polite at both drop off and collection and with clear instructions as to were to drop off car and pick it up return. Would use again

This service is really good. As instructed, i rang them when i was 15 minutes away from the airport. The member of staff gave me clear and concise instructions as to where i should park my car and where he would meet me. We waited no more than 5 minutes for the staff member to arrive to collect the car. He was very courteous and again gave me step by step instructions on the procedure for the car to be brought back to us on our return journey. Only criticism i have is that we waited 35 mins for the car to be brought to us once we had collected our luggage and we were told it would be approx 15 minutes. However, on the grand scheme of things it wasn't an eternity to wait and the car was delivered with a lovely smiling member of staff !!!. Certainly WOULD NOT HESITATE to use this service again

Excellent and efficient and friendly. Give or take a few minutes the drivers were there when needed and so much better that you can just pull up outside Departures only yards from the check in desks, no walking, shuttles or finding car parks, absolutely brilliant service. Wouldn't do it any other way now unless flying times necessitated a hotel park.

it beats hanging around you ring them up while you are on your way out of the airport and within 5 minutes your car is there love it have used it a few times and will always use it as from now on.

Excellent service and value for money. This service made going abroad easy and hassle free and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Guys were really pleasant and punctual unlike our flight but this wasn't a problem as they monitor flights. I would definitely use again. I can't thank you enough.

Both pick up and delivery of car was done with professional approach.Timing was kept to a minimum.

Did what they said on the tin! Very courteous and on time to pick up the car and drop it back to us. No problems encountered and would definitely use again should the need arise.

Met promptly on drop and return. No waiting or hanging a around. Great price. Could not fault one bit and will definitely use again.

With two cars travelling together we were pleased that they were both collected at the same time, this was very useful as we had small children with us and it was very early morning. Coming back we had to wait for the second car and with hindsight we would have asked for the car carrying the children to be returned first. Delivery and pick up were at departures in the same drop off point and we would definitely use the service again.

Dropping of the car I was most impressed by the presence of the collecting driver as I arrived - no waiting at all. There was a rather long wait - 15 minutes - for the return journey but apart from that I was most impressed by the service.

This company was one of the cheapest I found on the internet so I wasn't sure what to expect. However I was thrilled with the service they provided. No trouble getting through on the phone and they arrived very promptly for both our departure and arrival. No hesitation in recommending.
