On arrival at approx 05:00 there was a backlog of vehicles on the entry ramp. It would appear that there were only two transfer vehicles running which wasn't sufficient to cope with the number of arrivals and consequently there was a significant delay. I am a returning customer and would consider using them again.

Upon our return I phoned as requested. They were confused as to which terminal we were at. He said 3, I corrected no, 1. He then gave us directions to collection point as if we were in terminal 2!!(go wait by the hire cars, when actually there weren't any as we were at terminal 1!) After 20 minutes a minibus finally arrived - 8 seater and there were 9 of us waiting. As we were the last in the queue we waited for the next one, which arrived another 20 minutes later. During this time I rang after waiting 15 minutes. Again he asked "are you waiting at the right terminal, 3?" Once more I corrected him - 1. Finally when the minibus arrived, another 8 seater, but again there were more of us so some had to be left behind. After originally phoning at 7.35pm we were collected at 8.15. I consider waiting 40 minutes to be rather excessive, especially after travelling for a few hours, we just wanted to get home. Also there was no apology offered for the delay. We were just told "we're very busy tonight and under a lot of pressure you know!" We have used Securapark before with no trouble and this has not put us off using them again.

Arrived easily directions given were excellent, straight forward booking in of my car, on our way to airport within 10 mins of arriving at securepark, well worth the money happy to use again.

sasy to find 5 minutes from the airport a friendley reliable service your car keys stay with the customer so you know your car will be in the space where you parked it really good value for money I would certainley reccomend the drivers are so polite nothing too much trouble for them cases in cases out without being asked it makes all the difference

This parking was quick, cheap and chearful. On arival (through a maze of back-streets) at the Entrance Gate in the middle of the night, we began to think it was a hoax; the signage said 'Asda Car Park'. The Entrance Gate was locked, dark, and deserted. The Securapark signage in that desolate place was unfathonable. Gradually we worked out that this was not the car-park entrance after all; we needed to go up a ramp marked 'Asda Car Park'! Good heavens - why did'nt they tell us that!? When we finally found a human-being in the employ of Securapark, he was a little too sardonic and clever for my liking at that time of the morning! That said, the parking was quick and cheap.

Not sure I would use again as have had recommendations for another car park

We had a little trouble finding the car park as our sat nav directed us to the back of the building. The car park is actually at the top of an Asda multi-storey car park. Once we there the service was excellent, staff were very friendly and there were no problems at all. Pick up was even better - the mini bus was there to collect us less than 5 mins after we called them. I would recommend this car park.

The service was very good - our car would not start when we got back to it and the staff were brilliant - they got jump leads and helped us to get on our way. Thank you so much we would definately use the service again and recommend to friends.

Service was prompt, friendly and helpful. Needed an energy drink due to the lateness when we arrived back at the airport and driver took us to the nearby garage to buy some before taking us back to the car - great service, thanks.

We arrived at the car park and were then taken to the airport by minibus. They picked us up quickly on our return too. Very good

I was a little unsure about this car park as I have never used a multi story park and ride before ,but have to say it was excellent . On arrival the attendant took our details and told us to follow him as there were six of us and two cars he took us up to a level so we could park together - he helped load our cases into the mini bus and promptly took us to manchester airport . Dropped us of at main entrance and gave us a card to ring when we land . We rang and they came within fifteen minutes . I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Driver a little wild on outward journey needs to slow down a little and stay on all 4 wheels! return very good. Good location will use again and good value thanks

Good customer service & transfers & you park the car yourself in a designated multi storey facility. Quite close top the airport but located in a bit of a warren of suburbia unless you know the area well.

The park is easy to find & to enter. The security seems good, & the journey time is short. All in all agood park

The car park was easy to find. We were dealt with straight away. No waiting at a bus stop to be driven round the car park picking others up. Dropped off outside the departure doors. Picked up quickly on return. The car park is very secure and under cover. I will certainly use them again.

Close to airport, with immediate transfer direct from the car parking space and returned there. Prompt collection from airport. Will definitely use again.
