This service was very good, especially as we were checking in very early (4am) and I did not want to be waiting around for transfers. We were able to park on Level 7 (odd numbered floors are better for accessing the airport) and simply walk across and down to the check-in area (Floor 5)in less than five minutes. On departure, there was no need to queue for payment - we just gave our reference number to the assistant via the Help button, and with no delay the gate was opened and we were on our way home!

So easy drive in take your cases out and go. coming back just as simple, cases in the car and drive away no hanging around for transfers or trying find your car.

This was very simple and pleasing to carry out within minutes of parking my car I was checked in and ready to fly. On return just contacted the parking people via the intercom at the car park exit, gave my reference number and drove out.

I used to stay in long stay but its a nightmare trying to find a space there so i will be staying in this one from now one thankyou so much

We have always used this service and will continue to do so. It is quick and easy with no hassle.

Great to just walk to and from the car to the terminal. We were stuck overseas for 10 days by the volcano ash. No charge for these extra days from the car park. Fair play guys.

The car park was well sign posted, easy to find, plenty of spaces, good access to the terminal. On our return there was no waiting and straight home.

Parked up, caught a plane, had a good weekend in the isle of man (wedding). Arrived at the airport, drove up the exit barrier and quoted my ref number. Easy. Would do it again for any 1 or 2 day trip.

I walked into the terminal in a couple of minutes. It is worth the extra money if time is short. Take care following the signs to the car park.

Drove in easy to find carpark at 3am, locked car, returned 14 days later drove to barrier, gave ref. no. barrier up (15secs) drove out. Couldnt be easier

expensive but very convenient okay for a short break but cost for more than a couple of nights would be prohibitive.

The signage at Manchester airport was unclear - whilst the booking was made for "Multi storey" car park that did not appear on any signs and it was unclear where to actually go. It took 2 attempts, and had to use the help call facilities to ensure we were parked in the right place. The car park was also not well signed when arriving back. Would use it again, though, as it was better than having to wait for transfer buses particularly when arriving back at night.

The booking process was easy to use and gave you confidence with the prompt and simple instructions. Staff at Manchester were helpful and prompt and had no hassle at all finding a space. Exiting the carpark was easy as reference number only had to be given to staff over the intercom, no messing with credit card. Overall experience very positive and would certainly use this service again. Thank you.
